@vlasec The 'glitch' is that you can overlap slightly with the edge of spikes and use this to stand on the edge of spike blocks.

Wow, looking at some of the high scores, and level scores, I can't believe that ... some levels with tons of spikes solved with just one well placed block? Are there some glitches I'm not aware of?

Haven't been back in a few days, but congrats to Macbi and slangford for reaching that coveted 42310! Maybe I'll get back into attempting it now too lol
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
do you guys know if level 8 is possible with 800? I found a way that requires a really long jump that I;m unsure is completely impossible or just really difficult. I've tried like 60 times and haven't managed it but I've gotten damn close.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@pappasup Yes it possible, thats how i got 500, however its really difficult and honestly feels like rng. I made a macro thats pushes W and D at the same time and I still either bonk or hit the spikes most of the time
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@pappasup I've made many attempts at that jump and I always end up bonking my head or running into the spikes. I suspect it's impossible. On the other hand pnisj must be doing *something*, so maybe it is possible if you get it just right.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
My stubby fingers can't manage the spike jumps for the 450 right now like you showed, Macbi lmao
Soo I'm just trying to go for 500 instead, and I got to this position: http://imgur.com/a/8cyoNJr
Any thoughts on if there is any way to maybe get out of that?

Looks like three of us are now stuck on 450 coins on Level 65. This is how I'm doing it: https://i.imgur.com/t0Q4Xyg.mp4. Are you two using the same method?

59: Break 1 above, place 1 block left after taking coin, jump on block, jump up and place block 2 squares above before you land, take stuff, break block finish

to heyhihello:
- place the tile in the bottom (so you don't fall into the water) and go there
- destroy with the hammer tile 2 up 1 left from you
- destroy with the hammer tile 3 up 1 left from you
- destroy with the hammer tile 4 up 1 right from you
You can pick up all the coins now and finish with 330 coins - unfortunately it's not enough for golden rating...

So I did a little (a lot) of testing, and I'm pretty sure I know at least part of the move required to finish with 500 gold on 65, but man, it's diabolical
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I can't place the block while jumping. I can clear all the levels except 59 because of this. Is it possible to clear that level differently?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I have all the levels cleared perfectly (some of them - even better than expected) except of 59. I'm stuck on 330 coins. Any help?

According to pnisj and Macbi, the secret to the high score is 65. That was my worst fear, cus that's my least favorite level from my first playthrough

Cool little game, the concept of a block and hammer is great. Just the controls are bit tricky, which results in many level to be challenge at pressing the key a exactly right moment.

I enjoyed this game so much that I even streamed it on my YouTube channel!

(If you're stuck on the later levels, you can watch me do them)

Hey, I'm really into this.
The level design is clever and it's really satisfying to figure out the most efficient solutions.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's possible to get 450 coins in Level 65. (Also, if we could get the hammer early somehow then it would be possible to overgold Level 9.)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I don't understand why marshmallow guy is concerned about 1 coin. A million coins came out of the chest before I lost count.

I bet that 90 of the top 100 players used a walkthrough for 80 gold levels because it's seriously difficult. I eventually stopped trying since it's just frustrating to try to get gold, not fun.
