Game got easier once you figured it out. Trick is to be very offensive, i found myself often losing when i tried to start by expanding over to the gray ones. Going offensive and STARTING by attacking his green ones lead to winning first try for the last three levels.

if you got problems on the challenge, try following the hint in the challenge description :p
The winning strategy (by far against the computer), is to have all the little ones as fast as possible (AND controlling one side of the playing field, and spreading from there: it's a lot harder spreading from the middle)

Oh and one way is to attack what the computer has just attacked. For instance it uses 10 to get an 8 so you just need 3 to take it yourself. Only way to beat last level is to wait for it to waste 100 on the center circle.
