to answer yo question for # 15the secret password was posted by the game maker as the very first post as "nice game" but some jerk decided to flag the post. also people keep postin first because they think that is the secret password and that it needs to be posted but its not the real pasword is "nice game"

Level called first says don't post first! so everyone is being stupid and posting it.....the password for the level is nicegame

For 23 you need to rewind time (Oh wonder how you would possibly be able to do that on a computer.) For 21 and 22 you need 2 people to play ping pong :D

PS - 1/5. Why? 2 points lost for stealing most of your puzzles. 2 more points lost for horrible hints. (By horrible, I mean they either instantly give away the answer, or they leave you clueless still.)
