Honestly, this is the most poorly executed game concept I've ever seen. Your poor grasp of the English language (and infinite conceit) doesn't help the situation.

screw this game 1/5 i did all levels besides ping, pong, red light green light, and its too late. I know what to do on all, but it never works. this game is so annoying and im not changing my clock for a stupid flash game

You dont have to have a webcam or mic, you can do everything without one.
And yes, the louder is very quite on a laptop, just think of what would make sense.

ya it was alright all of the puzzles that didn't involve the use of peripherals were fun but I couldn't hear what that dude was saying at all, and I don't own a printer or a mic or a webcam so to figure out what the hell I'm suppose to do to get around the use of those is not "taking something literally" and more of you saying "oh no I f***ed up how can I make my game fair for everyone... well just say right off the bat, very first words "you can not play without etc..." because if you want to deny players you have to deny them or else you are just going to have to think about how broad you want your market to be before you make a game... don't make compromises maybe you could even try and run some kind of systems test to see if the player has said hardware and if not don't let them play.

3/5 very unique game, a lot of fun. Having to wait longer for a hint the farther you get sucks. and some of these are near impossible for most people. (no printer/webcam on this comp and not the correct extra knowledge makes this boring for people that can't do those ones)

A sadly flawed attempt at a "think outside the box" game. A few outstanding levels overshadowed by pointlessly obscure ones. Other levels were just silly, for example: "read that" doesn't literally mean "highlight something in the middle of the page that is the same colour as the background so you can't see it". ~BmK

The fact that you have to wait longer and longer for the hint makes the game less interesting. If it's a constant 90 seconds it would be better. I try a puzzle, if I don't get it I tab over and read the news which doesn't make for an engaging game.

Brilliant concept!
I can see why a lot of people are crying about bugs and "needing a printer" but with sufficient computer knowledge, it's pretty easy. (I will admit that I cheated a little on number 23. Very sneaky).
And to the people saying this game should be removed for generating spam -- the author clearly said not to post first. It's not his(her?) fault people can't follow clear directions.
