I know the answer to this puzzle. I've confirmed by checking online. This game simply doesn't work properly on my system. Additionally, the title isn't an instruction. Furthermore, this isn't the first time this situation has come up. I've given this game the lowest score possible, and rather wish it would be removed from Kongregate.

Eh. After completing it I can say it was okay, but once you get into the right pattern of thinking they become kind of obvious.

Several of the puzzles are unclear. Also the traffic light puzzle doesn't work for me even when I do what I'm supposed to.
If you made the instructions just a little clearer in some of the puzzles this would be a great game.
