Terrible:
Speakers count as hard-ware, and believe it or not, not everyone has them.
Secondly, needing to download and install a program to solve a particular puzzle is utter trash.
Lastly, at least two of these puzzles are bugged beyond solving. If I could give this game a rating lower than 1, I would.
