Under rating threshold (show) Had to google the last one to get the image you get on a printer. Printer preview did not look anyting at all like that. The official hin site was necessary but those hints worked for me. brighter should be called "more contrast".... The ping level, check the one after. Impressive that you can do that, slightly disturbing from a computer security standpoit. All in all, too much fiddling and too litthe thinking to get more than 3.
