Under rating threshold (show) I had a problem with "MY URL" as well... I will try to explain it without spoiling the solution which I looked up. The thing I had to do did not show up after following the instructions... Maybe it is because I use Firefox and in the main menu I think it said that the game doesn't work with Firefox. Just letting you people know if you are using Firefox and have the same issue.
