how bout in number 2,there is a earth(as you suggested)and your poulation rises as you get more things and falls when you start ....errr...slacking,your pop drops,and your citazines even tell you what they want

Like many others has said to have a world grow and populate as you get more elements in the 2nd game. What if you could take an element for example storm and make a natural disaster, just click an element then the world.
