Great, but I'm disappointed that so many of the later puzzles don't make any sense. Ship + Fabric = Frigate? Not Ship + Weapons? Really?

If anyone thinks there should be an hard/impossible badge for getting all 115 elements without using the lightbulb then +.

From the comments, you can tell that there are hundreds more combos that could be made that the creator did not think of. I don't expect anyone to implement ALL of them on their own. You should consider adding some sort of system where more combos can be defined by players (f.e. car+energy=transformer), and then they are added to the game for everybody.
