This is the BEST thing I've ever seen a site do for April Fool's (even though YouTube's done exactly the same thing). Rickrolling is the oldest (and best) joke EVER, so it kinda ruins it to see all these fools not understanding what's going on, so yes, someone's hacked Kongregate. You go ahead and believe that.
