The only thing I really hate about this game are the bosses; they don't have any sort of weakness you have to exploit. You just run around, dodging their attacks, and it takes forever to killt hem.

I'm only an hour or so in, but, this game is amazing, it's beyond a flash game, it's a full fleshed out game. I would buy it if it was being sold in stores.

great game, reminds me more of Illusion of Gaia than Zelda though. I'd recommend that game to anyone who likes old school action rpgs.

awesome game. Just when I thought it was getting too easy, the 2nd world is blowing my mind--pretty challenging but I think I can get through it.

a nice cheat: press "Z" or "N" while holding te boomraxe. about half second later, press "2" or some sword type of weapon. The result: You'll make the magic attack without wasting mana

The visuals are wonderfully charming, and the story is light hearted but now way to out there that its just dumb. Love the Zelda feel. 5/5.

Hmm...Gordzak is depressingly easy compared to the rest of the game. It's kind of anticlimactic when the final boss can be killed without using any supplies or dying once.

good overall but mor etowns and people would be good, half the lure of zelda was the detailed people and towns, maybe that could be consdiered for a sequel?

Not bad. My biggest problem with the game is that you can't download the .swf and play it locally. This is a problem for me because it uses damn near 300k of my memory when I play it on Kongregate. That's about as much memory as World of Warcraft uses. Anyway, I quit playing half-way through the first dungeon due to lag issues and since I can't play it locally, I'm done playing it entirely.
2.5 / 5

This game really confuses me.
I don't understand what you all mean by bosses. Are there any? I mean where ever I go there are just monsters. Is this game just meant to kill as many as possible?
Plus, when I try to go around the place, these squirrels or whatever, keep attacking me.
I just don't under stand the point of the game.
1/5

I got the whole bestiary but the last boss, and when I went to fight him, it added him to my bestiary but other things disappeared...... I can't re-kill the cuebunny or butterfly...... wah!

Here's a list of what the level 21 stats REALLY do:
Level 21 attack: The game may as well be an interactive toy now. It loses all sense of challenge. Bosses become about as hard as normal enemies and normal enemies become cannon fodder. If you have to use band-aids once you get this I feel sorry for you.
Level 21 magic: you lose all practical reason to press the Z or N key in battle, assuming you have the magic elixir by now you can use magic as a form of quicker travel.
Level 21 health: you lose all practical reason to pause the game. You can leave the game running anywhere with anything in it, come back an hour later and you'll still be at full health. If you made a bot that just pressed the Z key every five seconds and turned every now or then, you could run that bot in the coliseum and after a few hours it would win. If you have to use band-aids after getting this, you clearly don't have the health elixir, and you left the game running for several hours.
