I was wondering why would I kill all those harmless arachnid creatures, which run away from me. Am I the bad guy? But wait, do spiders make golden coins? No. Then coins were stolen. Having a reason I can splat them with my Stick of Truth and fight for justice in this country, where apparently all chickens were cooked in deep oil. Alas, even when peace will be restored it'll be a sad land where you have to eat rats and blue slimes.

@lolo485
Well, technically weapons could save your life in an emergency, but alcohol can't really do anything for you.

so super awesome... I am about to level up again and then it stops, starts going backwards, gets to -5 and starts to increment again...

My second favorite game here on Kongregate is “Hero’s Arms”… a Zelda like game that has everything you need to “make your day”! Or week for that matter!!! This is a very intense, well planned out video game that would be hard for anyone to turn down a try at. (hint… bring your breakfast, lunch & dinner for this one, I am still trying to finish it myself). NOTE: To “finsh”, I mean get ALL of the Kongregate achievements available for this game (there are 4… 3 of them are considered “hard”…a total of 95 points).

Why don't some of the damn adds have a close option? It's like a puzzle game to find the magic box before your head pops!

@MusicxxAddicted : comments like yours make me so pessimistic about mankind's fate. Should you take the time to read the game's description, the developer himself clearly states the game is a "Zelda-like adventure game". Should you play the game you would notice how different enough from any 2D Zelda games it is not to be called a rip off. Can science hurry up and invent the ePunch already, some people are in dire need of "help".

you did diagonal movement incorrectly you move double speed if you are going it because your set up to go 1 move left or right and one move up or down together

thanx alot for erasing my save, you developers need to do something when you update games so that peoples saves dont get erased, because thats bullshit i had almost 100%completion.

I went to -500 exp when i was attempting to lvl, needless to say that i'm not gonna try to get an extra 1000exp to lvl once

A nice way to get exp early on is by searching for jelly's, wait for them to split and then kill but 1 of them.Repeat to get lots of exp

A vendor in a small town manages to have in stock....an ice sword, fire armor, and a thunder shield. Where in the hell did he get those?

Oh, and do NOT grind or farm too much and reach MAX level of everything (level 21, cost 99999, requires all skills be level 20) before killing the final boss, or at least before going into his dungeon. They basically put you in god mode and make the game get boring rather quickly afterwards.
FYI, Max level health makes you nigh invulnerable. All hits do one damage to you. Max magic is similar, making all specials cost 1. Max ATTACK, however, makes all sword attacks create three huge lightning bolts in a 90 degree arc in front of you, each doing 999 damage. Yeah, it's pretty fun, but the rest of the game becomes a drag if you get them too early.
On the bright side, with max magic you can charge everywhere to move a little faster, or if you're feeling a bit OCD, you can run around constantly spamming double boomeraxe to kill and grab everything at almost the same time....

Got distracted for a moment during the ending sequence and missed some text. Kinda wish that was traversed by pressing space bar or something rather than mere time.
Also, there is an amusing glitch where repeatedly throwing the double boomeraxe at a switch will leave some axes spinning around the switch constantly. Don't know if they can damage enemies or not though. Give it a shot, I suppose. I'd kinda like to know if they can hit enemies, and if they return once they do....

Why don't you just call the Legend of Rip-off Zelda? i mean, you stole main menu, you even stole the font the messages were typed in! you switched around some things (you screwed up the health system, but made the game slightly better by adding a rank system). the bosses were all pretty easy, i just bought 9 band aids and stood in their face hacking away. most of the time i still had 6 or 7 left, the last boss was the only hard one, and that was because he had so much crap on the screen.
