i also cant get the Goliant IV time gold medal.. i just rush to the scouts/bosses with the spider legs perfectly, hit them with the weapons with highest damage (rocket/nuke) but still with the silver medal

Does anyone know how the game calculates the stars for the Intel missions? I tried getting the info as fast as I could, killing every enemy I saw, and taking minimal hits, but I still get zero stars. :/

@Shadendemon take the heaviest config available, non-homing rockets, nuke, cockpit heavy red, spider white legs and the chilling system. DO NOT FIRE ON ANYTHING BUT BOSSES. You should be able to reach the miniboss before 1:00 and the boss in 3:30. Kill him with all you have and you should get the gold for completing before 5 minutes :)

Anyone have any tips for the Goliant IV mission time star???? i been blastin through it with the white spider legs grabbin the scouts and mercin the bosses with the nuke but i cant seem to get the damn gold star i have the auto cannon the damage increase. is there something i;m missing? i know i cant pass up the scouts, i already tried that and the bosses were domant... so....lmk

On the Kozara Mission. for an EZ gold star. when you start walk backwards off the screen and then down. I guess its a secret passage way. :P GL

Never combine speed with thoroughness.. Having to do something very fast and at the same time very good results in annoying gameplay. And that's exactly what it takes to win the gold in most levels. So 3/5 for this one.

Wow, encountered a pretty annoying and funny bug-if you fire homing weapons at the level 6 boss in boss run while he is firing his death ray, your rockets will shake back and forth, then go out from the screen soon. And why do the homing weapons not lock onto the boss when at long range??

For the wave survival, use shotguns cuz they mow down infantry, then whatever heavy weapons for taking out armored targets

OK. Beat "Destroy 4" in under 1:30, killed everything, and was only hit once. Silver star...? WTB what the trick is for gold -.-

What worked out best for me was to take Vulcan (primary) and Homing Cluster (secondary). The Vulcan is a great multi-purpose sprayer with high damage and the Homing Cluster simply has insane damage combined with auto-targetting. Cockpit: Light White. Special: Repair Droid Ammo. Legs: Legs Spider White. Never got me below 90% health in the last level.

well, i really enjoy this kind of games, and i was lovin this one in the first lvl... but then i made the 2nd and the 3rd, and the 4th... and it seems to repetitive... same enemies, same bosses... oh well...

Easy way to get to the top of the kills charts quickly:
Have a base with treads, go to a side mission that has you destroying all buildings, then destroy all of them except one that spawns enemies. If you stand there, your treads will instantly run over the guys as they come out. Leave this on all night and you get a cubic buttload of kills very easily.

with the hardcore device you use the energy shield thing and just hold spacebar, very very low chance of being killed.

Wow guys stfu about the smoking. It's not a big deal! I don't smoke personally because that's my choice. Also, IT'S A GAME! Grow up. Great game 5/5

Really great overall, but some balance issues. Since the majority of the enemies are little infantry guys, taking any weapon but the fastest firing (MG/AC) is really bad. And some of the shoulder weapons are useless compared to the rocket and cannon. But more games should be this fun.

But glamorizing war, destruction, big guns, and violence is all good!
