I don't get it..On some side missions, I destroy every building and kill every enemy, but still I only get a silver star. Am I supposed to finish it in a faster time or what?

when and if you make a 3rd on there should be a level where you and the enemy have a battle field and allies will have the infantry and enemy will have more weapons and people

I wish that we could see how much progress we had to get a medal. Like for the 15000 kill, you have 3427 remaining, or something similar.

One Epic Win Awarded to this game 5/5 story is suprisingly good the graphics are better than most on kongregate not laggy(my computer isnt even very good)It Should be in the top 3 games!

good game but make an actual system for the ranking. this whole destroy everything plan isnt working so hook it up with a real way to get gold on everything

I don't know how fast you have to go through the level to get the time rankings went through the first level in 1:20 did'nt get a star for that

Mechanical Commando 2 iz in a lot of wayz much better than its original. Its becoz the interaction between player and the game iz more, coz we can now upgrade our ship, try out different modes of playing the game and with differenttypes of armour, devices, weopens, etc.
I think that the guy (or guyz) who made this game rocks and this game iz really cool. Well done, Berzerk Crew for Concept and Game!

I worked out a trick. It may be a a bit of a Scamb, but it works for me. I first concentrate on completing the mission in Good time to get a gold there. Then I play it again and this time i concentrate on Kills. Then on Side Objectives. And I get a Gold in All 3. My work iz DUHN!

A fairly well crafted game with several questionable design choices. The mecha customization is deep enough to be interesting but not so cumbersome that it's a chore. The missions are okay but the time limits for a gold medal are very strict (and in at least one case undoable? maybe? on Goliant IV? who knows). The side missions are totally worthless; while they tell you how important some main objective is the actual ranking comes from how thoroughly you kill everything (it seems, I could be wrong). Overall this game is not a total waste of time but trying to finish it 100% is an exercise in frustration.

Did what Mech wariros sucked at. Made blowin' stuff up with a gundam fun and simple. Couldn't stop playing 'till i beat it.

Thanks silvux, you were right. Even on the rescue levels you have to kill all the enemies and destroy all the buildings.

in every bonus stage, to get the max ranking you have to destroy EVERYTHING. and i whe i say everything i mean EVERYTHING

I really don't understand how the Destroy rankings work. I completed it ridiculously fast and only got two stars, so I figured if I took no damage that would do the trick, I did it slowly and still got two stars. What's up?

I finally got the hard badge!
The trick is to equip the Energy Cell and the Azote Chilling System. Then just hold down the space-bar and you'll never get hit. (this is useful for survival mode and surviving the boss level without being hit)
