another bug: my people attack enemies which are already dead, this gets annoying when the battle gets close and theres only one enemy left...

Nice game, great setting + graphic execution. Experience from winning rome, then playing till level 50. BUGS: dodging / blocking when paralyzed, "win combat w/o loosing glad" not working (had even full armor wins). Auto-play attacking glads with more than 2 missing limbs. BALANCE: Regen > 600 is overpowered (combined with shield bash), as miss rates are high + critical hit unlikely. Block prob. to high. Off. Glads are too weak. Solution: attack power also dependent on speed. Missing limb -> instant death + injury more likely than cutting. Reduce missing s/o paralyzed. Prices ok (only glads too expensive), since rewards increase proportionally. Yet, levelling up becomes too cumbersome above level 30. Should increase, just not as steeply. WISHES: Add help -> game concepts (block / cut rate). Status (as in 15/20 kills) for goals. Players “choose” whether to injure or cut (kill). Cut less likes to succeed. Add finishing moves (double blade decapitation, etc). please + so dev. sees this.

Sucked me in for several hours GREAT game added to favs with that said there are a few things that i would suggest. battle speed, more info about the skills (what lvl 2 gives me over lvl 1 and so on), perhaps an option with the blacksmith to create a type of gear or even naming one type to dont wish him to create (getting 5 shields in a row is annoying). a potion or buff of some kind for increased exp :D. thats all for now great game! *back to playing*

I really like it, but I think counter attacks should be an automatic skill for everyone (maybe one of the main stats you can add points to). I've found that once I've targeted an enemy's leg and crippled them, I'm guaranteed to win the match. The only way they can fight back is if they can throw a polearm, and then I just block every turn until they bleed to death. It makes the option of targeted attacks feel wasted since I only ever go for legs. It would be cool if an immobile opponent was still a threat.

Lol, when you put the team on auto, they don't heal or shield bash. Also, many times they keep attacking the same opponent even though he's kneeling because of missing torso (i.e. is definitely gonna die soon). Use the auto to grind easy fights only.

i'd like to see the ability to decide fates of individual enemies...some lose fighting, some hide behind shields constantly it'd be nice to kill the cowards and spare the warriors

btw looking at the goals in every arena, I'd like to get some information like: "you decapitated 5 of 20 gladiators". Just to make sure it's still counting ;)

"protect another gladiator" doesn't seem to work. At level1 he immediately jumped in front of his teammate, but since level2 he doesn't protect at all! I got the skill on lvl 5 now, it lasts für 3 turns, but he doesn't come to help ... why???

I'm really starting to get tired of enemy's with polearms. They have a high hit chance with a ridiculously high critical chance. It's like having the power of a two-handed weapon in one hand.

yazhor, you sell item by going to the shop, clicking and holding an item in your inventory dragging it to the top of the shop where you see the weapons symbol, shield symbol, shoes symbol, then you simply let go of your mouse and it will ask you if you want to selll that item.

Played for a while longer I thought I'd leave another comment but I'll keep it brief. 1) AI really needs sorting out 2) Have different AI models (e.g attack strongest, defensive, disable enemy, support allies etc.) 3) I know that you're trying to make money from in-game purchases but the gold earning / prices are very unbalanced 4) Ditto ability points 5) Crafting shouldn't be so random. Let us choose to have a weapon, armour or maybe even ability points! 6) Rings which give special abilities might be a nice idea to have as crafted items 7) Please speed up transition animations and include a replay button on the victory screen so that we can grind 8) Allow us to turn off blood and other effects to reduce lag 9) Provide progress stats of achievements, including in-fight stats so we can see what we need to do 10) Game gets tedious so needs something else. Side-missions maybe? Good game, just feels like it's lacking in some areas. Keep up the good work!

Dudes, the enemies have a hit chance way too big! It's impossible in some moments to win the fight if they hit every time and you miss for 5 times in a row. Come on.... fix that thing, please!

When on auto my team tends to hit dead people (torso is 0hp , and they start hitting other body parts not another live foe )

In Tarsus the thropie "Win a game without losing a gladiator" don't work. I win without lose a gladiator, I win without losing a gladiator and without kill enemy's gladiator...Nothing !! :((

Nice game but still a bit bugged. The speed stat for instance doesn't seem to do anything (my fighter with 50 speed attacks with the same frequency as my other fighter with 15 speed, excepted that he gets to start earlier), some skill upgrades seem useless, etc.

It's a fun game, though I wish it had more variety. I mostly just use the same strategy, select the body (since it's insta-win) or arm for two-handers or leg for throwers if there's a big HP difference, and spam the same attacks with the team until one dies. Always go for the team with the lowest number of opponents.
The limb damage/loss system is a lot of fun, and the satisfaction one gets from that show is probably what kept me playing.

The "win combat without loosing a gladiator" coliseum quest in Tarsus is either bugged or isn't explained well. I've won many combats without even a scratch on my armour now and still not got it. And as many people have said allready its just alot of grinding atm and the AI truely sucks. I like it and have just unlocked rome, but needs some serious work tbh =/ 2/5 atm but could easily be 5/5 with some changes.

3. The prices in shops are ok, you will be grinding so much you will get enough money to buy everything you feel like buying. Right now I have over 40 000 gold and nothing good to buy, but I still have to grind cause I am not strong enough to beat the next guy so I will get more eventually. 4. There is not enough to do for such a long game, it is artificially prolonged by forced grind, but still. Some variety in game play would be welcomed. With that said, I still don't think it deserves more then 2/5. It is boring, too long, too much grind orientated and just a chore to play.

Ok, I gave this game much more bigger chance then it deserved... 1. The AI is stupid as f***, when set to auto, my minions will attack the already disabled until they decide that he/she is not only dead, but dead enough. Player should be able to decide on how he wants the AI to work, if the enemy has a shield, he has a shield bash, so he still can kill you - So for f*** sake don't stop attacking until you disable his both arms. If an enemy doesn't have a ranged weapon, if you disable his leg, he can't attack, leave him alone you twit. 2. The grinding it tedious beyond belief, to get money you must grind, to get experience you must grind, to finish the quests you must grind. There is just TOO MUCH GRINDING and after the first city, you notice how long it takes to get to anywhere.

this game will improve i hope.... they should fix the skills they should put put cooldown on it .... Murmillio, and Retiarius Class is so imbalance late game.Murmillio will make the battle last foreve coz of its high defense and passive healing.... Retiarius's nets are much more annoying coz it stuns you for 3 turns your gladiator will die without returning a blow. make the nets have a 50-75% chance to trap instead of 99% and has a 3 turn cool down (coz the enemy will just keep on netting you and has enough turns to attack regain MP and net you again). when murmillio is on defense mode make their damage deal 30% lesser than the original damage and their speed or turn rate are reduced. x4 attack should cost more MP coz Dimachaerus gains so much turn rate meaning the enemy can spam X4 attack making it easy for the to cut the arms or legs or your gladiator.
