its awesome that my gladiators are boss enough to get a arm or leg completely hacked off or have there skull crushed if they lose. Yet they can grow the limbs back in time for the next fight. total badazz.

choose blacksmith items, extend the level cap again, maybe add another coliseum(possibly Sparta), add some more techniques(maybe throwing daggers and such) and add player tournaments where you can win prizes for winning

The game has an excellent concept but is hopelessly unbalanced. I'm disappointed actually since Beserk Studios are my favorite flash game producers and their titles tend to be pretty polished.

this combat oddly reminds me of the arena on dwarf fortress-If you used Shift+A, it shows targets you can hit, and the Slaves to armok, god of blood. those 2 have a few similarites- they act real. they breathe- they eat- they sleep- they bleed. they also have organs, that can be torn out by combat.

GAME still unbalance despite the stupid AI and the money grabbing metals are such as frustration i get some for free but i get items that are no better than items i buy in a shop SIGH i though when i come back this game will be sort out -5/5 turns out to be crap

Maybe hitting your opponents in certain areas should actually effect how well they can fight back. Hitting them in the head should reduce dexterity (Might not be so easy to hit your targets when your opponent is beating the sense out of you), hitting the legs should reduce speed, and hitting the arms should reduce strength and defense. Also, the strength and accuracy of the throw should be halved when your opponent takes out one of your legs.

AI need some emprovement. F.E. I've sold chest armor of my 2-weapons guy and I've don't buy new one so he was naked there, but opponents still aim in armored leg.

This game is awesome!!
You can add many new updates to this game,like new weapons,new skills or new combo's.
Also game can more realistic,like adding more places to hit on opponent' body.Im not get to Rome in game,so i dont know which gladiators are there,maybe you can add Emperior to fight against you.That can be cool...

Goals remind me one of Jacek Piekara's story bout Koniasz when he fight for money and refuse to pick extra bets for mutilation other fighters during fights.

I think this game could improve in several areas.
1 - Renaming slaves.
2 - No level cap.
3 - Side quests where you can choose rewards (ex: gold, experience, weapon/armor, crafting materials since there is a limited supply, additional stat or skill points).
4 - A coliseum where you go head to head in a random battle against enemies at your level (so experience earned can be equivalent to you level).
5 - Super hard bosses for a challenge ;)
Love the game and hope for more like this. :)
