Haha I love that we have games with slaves and opium (that tea game) and we talk about them with no self-consciousness. "My slaves aren't what I was promised!"

i think i loves this game!!! it satiates my bloodlust like no other. its like theres really only one option when asked if i want to show mercy or not. NO MERCY!!!!!!!

I'm ok with the fact we can pay for get more... But come on, what with the HIGH grinding RIGHT AT THE START? I had to play 3-4 hours just to beat the 16th opponent... ( the champion of the first city ) And i had to do way more grinding when i get my 2nd slave... It's becoming really fast boring thanks to all these grind. But the game is still good, but only going to have a 3/5 this time, sorry.

When I first started playing this game I was a little surprised it had only 3.8/5, but after playing a bit I see why. The game has a lot of potential which is sloppily botched by the pay2win scheme.

LolxD I cut of a leg but after that I died from wound. Suddenly the enemy comes to finish me of on one leg.
Never laughed so hard for my own execution

@RunForLife, my personal beef is when a game limits how many turns you get in a period of time and then adds some paltry amount for big money. This game doesn't do that at all, so I agree this game is being bashed for something it doesn't do. On the other side, the quality is Beta level (scrolling areas are problematic in Chrome at least). On the positive, I really like the location targeting and wish it was elaborated on by allowing the "protection" of a body part via stances or something (beyond the existing armor/shield rules).

I got bored super quickly. The game is extremely repetitive. Also you can just set all gladiators to auto and watch.. your only input will be to decide to kill your enemies or show mercy. I found this to get extremely repetitive very fast. Although I really liked S&S.

Oh look you need more exp to get to next level, what can you do? Grind. You need money to buy that, what can you do? Grind. To do this quest you must randomly decapitate X guys, what do you do? Grind. Rinse and repeat.

Seriously guys, HOW you can told "it's only an other pay-for-win game" ? You can play anyway without spend real money and win the enemy team in same way.
In this game if you want superior weapon/armor quickly quickly then you can spend money for it, but it's only a your choose.
If you are going to whine for this game about "o my gosh I can't win without spend real money", well sir, you don't know how play :P

the loot should be the same as what the enemy gladiator is wearing how could i loot a dagger when there is no dagger lying around or my opponent is using a pole weapon. also armor that isn't destroyed shoulb be looted one or two of them randomly chosen but within what the other gladiators are wearing also same with loot weapon you should be able to loot the fallen gladiators weapon only the dead ones is looted the weapon of the alive one wooden be pick unless you kill them as an effect of +loot

1) it would be nice to know how much dmg and hit% for ability
2) maybe place the skill tree differently in a way we can customize our fighter more freely ex : strong attack and speed instead of strong attack and dexterity
3) rework the shop interface so it's easier to sell unwanted stuff faster and visualize the good stuff better
4) bug!! when comparing 2 item you only check the one on the right side would be better to compare both side

Oh wow, you made a cheat protection. You know what? Suck it.
If you don't allow me to cheat, make a game that is not a grindfest snooze spectacle. 2/5 Boring, repetitive as all hell, you can't get anything without doing everything over and over again. It is not in anyway anything new, it was done before and done better.

Another thing that makes this game difficult to enjoy is the fact that enemies will have gear from two towns over, yet they drop rusty bullshit armor of sucking -2.

whats the point of having stats on slaves if they reset when you buy them and u shuld b able to add and subtract stat points and then finalise the choices
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
actually this games pretty well made but its trying to money grab you it almost like an exact duplicate of swords and sandals also try improving the income per win or decrease cost per good

I liked this game and i am at the 3rd city but things cost way too much and there is almost no startergy involved. i never lost a match because it was tooo easy

A little irritating that, once you've chopped off a guy's leg and he has no shield, that you might miss while chopping at him. Where is he going?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'm still early in this game so I haven't seen the higher level skills in action, but there doesn't feel like a lot of depth to the strategy.
Is there any reason not to just strong or power attack the leg off of each opponent one at a time? Once they are on the ground they can't attack and they are easier to hit. While they are spreading their attacks among your team you're incapacitating them one by one.
I guess if the crippled opponent had a ranged attack (throw) or a counter attack or riposte, then they could still be effective.
Like some of the other commenters here, I thought this game was fun, but not fun or deep enough to keep me playing past the first town. I think either increasing the loot rate or gold rate on wins, or lowering the prices in the shop may speed things along a bit. Also reducing the prerequisites for higher tier skills may get someone a interested in playing more to see more technique options earlier in the game.
thanks,

Randomness is a sloppy shortcut, not elegant design. Miss and hit rates are as much a cancer to gaming as pay2win schemes.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The only two problems I have with this game are that it's too much of a grind and that lame "You can pay to have the best" shortcut stuff. What happened to when internet browser games were 100% free?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Bug with auto-mode: While in 3v3 fight when my enemis were all unable to fight (2 due to lost arm, and 1 due to lost head) my guys kept beating the decapitated one and not the armless others.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I like the game, and gets pretty good after the first city, but have a real issue with the auto battle. They never use and good skills and sometimes just sit there and block the whole time.
