I really had to channel my inner homicidal maniac on this one, picking which parts of their body to destroy. then again, it was kind of like army dodgeball also.

the stupid bug appears again! this time is your team people - play on auto. Also slave market money shld decrease more when they are on a higher level! If too expensive ppl will instead train and buy equipments rather than buy slaves.

when hovering over an item, the stats that show in the comparison to your current stats are incorrect. It seems that as you hover over new items, the numbers stack, and the highest value wins....Let me explain...weapon 1 does 10-15 dmg, weapon 2 does more...+28....now lets check that shield...+10 HP, +15mp, also cool...but i still see the +28 of the weapon 2....its the same in the item shop. Whatever gets compared is only the highest (or lowest if its -) and each category stacks instead of providing the current comparison to only the current viewed item.

I deleted my save and when I started a new one in my goals it says I have completed them all before my first fight, what's wrong?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
resetting game progress to start over doesn't reset the "goals" in the city thus the new character can't earn the bonus gold/metal :-(

ummm another thing i went to sell an extra guy i hate it said "are you sure you want to sell this piece of equipment"....lol
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's not my gladiators auto attacking dead opponents that freaks me out, it's the fact that the dead opponents can still dodge...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
fun game...only bad mechanic i have seen so far is if somone who is not ranged goes down (loses a leg) if you have ur guys set to auto they should then attack the other one since the one who is down is no longer a threat.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
you should make it when the whole enemy team is kneeling down and cannot fight surrender by default and you get to choose mercy or blood.

omg, no forum. just a comment section. how r we supposed to figure the mechanics of this game out? k, for starters, the defense stat. Does increasing it improve just blocking? Or both blocking a n d dodging? Important to know. Also crafting... How does it work. Does it matter what metals we use. Is there a way to convert metals to gold? Would that even help? Dude, berserk, awesome game, but why is it such a mess trying to figure stuff out???

How do you get more max MP? I've filled up both the EXP and the MP LVL bars multiple times without max MP increasing at all. I'm level 11 and I bought a level 1 (same gender) slave that has more max MP than me!

Oh my god I'm so dumb. In my fit of rage I never noticed the quit button in the bottom corner.
Thank you for knowing my needs.

Fun but it gets really tedious grinding through all the matches. Lower-level enemies seem to have amazingly powerful attacks compared to what my team can do.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
another thing, when you are fighting somebody and break their weapon hand they can't use a weapon but if it's their shield hand they can still use a shield

The difficulty curve in this game takes an incredibly sharp turn upon reaching Tarsus. So much so that, fights that would normally be somewhat difficult, become utterly impossible.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Went from a 5 to a 2 because you need to buy gold to buy slaves (ridiculously priced). I had an incredible amount of fun the first 4 cities, but it's getting very old just hacking away at legs and restarting hoping I get better rolls than the computer.

For whatever reason the AI love to attack players that are already dead, even though i assume that shouldn't be possible...

i'm still in the first town. maybe it changes later on, maybe it doesn't but so far i think a significant part of the slow money progression is the bad loot drops. even choosing to kill the opponents doesn't really yield significantly more loot. maybe improve the results of that and you can fix the slow money progression both by increasing income as well as by decreasing necessity for equipment costs.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
beginning of the game said that speed stat doing nothing was fixed, i fought guys that i had 5 times their speed and still just took turns hitting each other, something still isn't right i'm guessing

Simply chopping one of their legs off (kill leg armor, then the same leg)...effectively renders most opponents useless and makes the game VERY easy and it ends up being repetitive. Constantly "Crowd Appealing" once all my enemies are down so they bleed to death. Needs a faster way of finishing fights & a more in depth system.

Half the goals don't actually work, for example:
Win a battle without losing a gladiator in Tarthus.
Cut 6 arms in one battle in Carthage
Cut 3 arms and 3 legs in Alexandra

Great game, very addicting but I reset/deleted my character and the goals did not reset; so I cannot gain extra money completing them. WTF???
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Like some guys mention, just put pure tanker( unique chest armor and shield, pure def) in middle row and protect the weakest. using bash when time comes and watching counter attack show. killing NPC above mine 5 lvls is kind of relax lol
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
"goal" section of the game does not clear when you delete progress...
rather dissappointing when u want to try out a new build...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
at tarsuas the "win without losing a gladiator" goal doesn't seem to be completable, that or i need to not kill their gladiators either?
