Forever stuck on "Checking date on servers..."
Tried loading up last night and got the same thing. I've tried reloading the page, exiting the browser and reloading. Nothing.

As noted by so many others,...getting an error message saying something went wrong. If the server is down for maintenance...you would be doing everyone a service by telling them so instead of just saying something went wrong. Many things can go wrong...and being that this message comes up when it checks the server tells me that it is a server issue.

Yeah, I closed the game for the night, and now I get the same error message as EdHunter on startup. "Oops! something went wrong...null"

Accidentally closed tab and now am getting connection error when trying to open game,

Tried restarting browser and still getting same - Other games loading fine.

The $ 750,000.00 for diamonds is the best diamond value I have seen in a game. Everyone should buy it, fool if you don't really. ;-)

OK so I got another 9 minuet video that had a 15 second ad at the start. Was told I needed 60 seconds. I let the video run the full 9 minutes, and then another 10 minute video started, let that run for 2 minutes and still did not get the award. If I had to guess it is the 15 second ads at the start that are messing things up. I don't really care how long the vids are because 30/60 seconds is the same. I just want the credit for doing so.

very slow progression in my opinion. Also the rewards for watching ads should be given in minutes, not in seconds, otherwise they are pretty much useless

Have a script blocker but not an advert one. Couldn't watch the vid because it was trying to install the doubleclick marketware under the video. Not only is this skeezy but it crashes the game (it tries to open a double window). I Like the zero guys, but gotta give this one a pass.

By far my favorite idle game to date. Certainly is a lot more entertaining than most. Very well polished even for Beta. I would love an upgrade or an additional monster that can catch the villagers while I'm idled, and maybe some additional thinks that I could do while I'm not idled like spells or something, of course that might take the idle out of it. :) Great game and can't wait to see the final product released.

So, one last side comment before I give my final feedback tomorrow (after I grind more): Ads are a pretty big hassle at the moment. I haven't encountered the 10 minute one, but I did hit one that looped me forever because I couldn't get to the end (it told me to skip the options after the video, and would loop whenever I clicked skip), and often I get ad videos ON TOP OF the actual ad video I need to watch (ad-ception much?). The ads pause your clicks and DPS, but not the boss timers or anything else, so I effectively lose out a bit whenever I watch them. But the game seems super-dependent on them at the moment: they are the only good way to get diamonds, chests, and they can double your profits. As it is right now, I'd say your game is really ad-focused, and I'm not sure if that's good to do.

You can actually get diamonds and chest within the game itself. There's even better chest coming up soon, you'll see ;). Thanks for the feedback about it tho. Last thing we want is to annoy player with ads, which is why they are always optional. We'll report the ad-ception bug to Kongregate so we can fix it together.

Pillage and Plunder, and Spectral Repossession both are misnamed. They are unlocked via the level 25 skills, but the level 50 skills have those names.

The level 10 upgrade for the necromancer is a bit weird. It gives 25% DPS to the necromancer himself? Don't you mean DPC for Damage Per Click? Or does he give DPS to anything else?

Just started, so these impressions might be premature - The guys screaming gets pretty old pretty quickly. It's the same long monotone for almost every building, and it even goes through the second area. Also, clicking is far more powerful than DPS, it's barely worth it to buy any DPS upgrades in the beginning. Just my first thoughts, I'll comment more as I play through :)

OK OS I just got a scroll which took me a video that was 10 minutes long. First I had to watch a 15 second AD video before the 10 minutes one would start and then despite only having to watch for 60 seconds I never got the reward even though I watched it for 2 minutes, I was told "oops closed too soon" That needs fixing and the premium items need to be better if you ever want anyone to drop cash on the game.
We got zagreus555 who told us the same thing about the 10 minutes video. That's unacceptable. We'll report that to Kongregate so we can fix that together. Thanks for your patience.

I had a bonus video that was ten minutes long. Window said I had to watch for 60 seconds. Closed window after 1:07, then I was told that I closed it too soon, and I had to watch the whole video.

For me it's usually that I click the scroll, accept the deal, the window for the video pops up saying "Watch the video for 20 seconds" or so, but the video itself just stays a black screen and never loads.

The price of the 3rd guy needs to be brought down a bit because it takes a long while before he might even be worth upgrading.

Not all the 'bonus' videos work - so you don't get the bonus and can't even get a chance to see another one (hopefully a video that works) to get the bonus.
Hey! The game use a different way to render visuals on the screen. We're using "Starling" to use your 3d graphics card instead of usual Flash Vector format.
In that way the game goes WAY more smoothly. But on rare occasion, some players says it's lagging.
With that method, the usual Low/Med/High settings of Flash probably won't change a thing. Can you actually try it out on your side? You can right click the game and select "Quality"-"Low". You won't see the usual drop in quality that you see in most Flash game's "Low" setting, but I'm curious to know if it actually helps the game goes faster on your side.
If it still doesn't help, let us know your computer specs, we'll try to figure something out.
