so i got the full version, that gauge that is covered by the app store link is not important in this version because it is for earning money to spend on upgrades and there aren't any on this version. this is also why there is not a card count, it is one of the upgrades that can be purchased in the full game.

How can a card game, with a randomly shuffled pack of cards, EVER be more than a game of chance and the outcome be based on luck! sh0ber, how on earth cpould it be possible to immediately get three stars ? Ridiculous!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
JDHannan: I just experienced the same thing, although, I have tried getting those three stars for over a year now, and I thought I was getting them, but -11 wasn't good enough. I wish there was a warning, I had all of the clubs, and every card was showing and clubbable. Feels like I should have that three stars!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The first time I played level 8, I was sitting at -11 and didn't know what the 3 star score was, so i didn't use any clubs to get to -12
I have tried probably 100 times since then and haven't gotten below -6

When you can do a 8 in a row, 9 in a row AND a 13 in a row in one game, and still end up with 5 over par because of having to burn most of the deck to get one usable card, there is something wrong with the game set-up. What you should do is pre-program only winnable games into this, rather than completely random. Not necessarily easily winnable, but always possible to get par at least.

how can a game that need hours and hours to finish not save progress? initially i gave you 4 stars but all the commercials and that problem got it down to 2 stars

I agree, real deck cards solitaires are mainly luck base, BUT you don't usually play to win 6 in a row! It is quite annoying

I've played the real tablet game and this is missing a lot of the things that make it "easier". I feel less in control of how the cards are played and if I slip up or given bad cards, a good run could turn into a instant bust.

Oh look, advert spam. Guess who just earned a default 1/5 stars? Was it you? Was it? Why yes it was, well done! You fail!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
its not quite true sh0ber, when playing solitaire to win is mainly based on luck as to which cards appear. Using a real pack of cards as opposed to this virtual pack would still be based on the luck of which cards appear.

Is it just me, or did I first use half the deck trying to get a card that was usable on the first turn, then the next half the deck for the next turn? Wow.... sh0ber I see what you mean

So, I play your game and you start spamming Me with whispers to buy your game? No, changing My rating to a 1/5 from a 3/5. That just made Me hate your game.

I believe that a good card game involves challenge over luck. It would be nice if there was a guarantee that it was possible to get the 3 star rating in every round, every time, as long as it is played right.

I'm surprised to say I much prefer the iOS version. They added to it, window-dressing wise, and the gameplay feels smoother. Also, I like bashing my tablet and hearing a nice *SWOCK*.

This got to be the hardest easy badge ever. You can get rid of every card, and still get over par.
Also, this is too luck based.

I have this game on my iPhone. I love it!! However, the version on this site needs to have at least some of the same features as the mobile version. Not every day that you find an online game that has NO features, when the mobile app has 500 of them. The mobile app has trophies, stars, bonus courses, golfbucks, a store, mini-games, and a TON more courses than just 9. I also agree that the AppStore logo over the meter is VERY annoying, especially to one who has the mobile app already, and knows the importance of the meter.

This game would really benefit with a restart button and moving the app store box some where else but sill noticeable if it still wishes to advertise. Another move would to have it pop up (one time only) after you hit play. Its annoying that the game solely relys on luck to get anywhere. It might take some people a week to clear the first level and other their first go which can really turn players off. However it wins point with a unique and original concept.
Still a good enjoyable time waster but not much that hooks me and makes me come back to it.

The last level for me, oddly enough, wasn't nearly as bad as the eighth level. I say we all hunt down the dev and stick the gopher where the sun doesn't shine.

I have gotten to -14, -13, -12, -16 only for the last level or the second to last level to completely wig out and suddenly be extremely hard. I really hate this game.

AcidFlux: Yes this game is based on luck. Especially the later levels. If you get all numbers you dont need, there goes your 3 stars. I got -15 all the way to the final 6/6 hole, then the game fked me over with absolutely nothing for 10ish cards. The game is luck based. There are many ways to enhance your luck, by planning ahead, many steps. But in the end, it depends on the luck of the draw.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
AcidFlux - I don't remember saying it was based entirely on luck. But when I start up a game and the only playable cards cause me to burn through the first half of my deck because they are randomly placed, then I am pretty sure the game has a lot to do with luck (like most card games). Please refrain from retorting when you haven't fully grasped the initial comment. Kthxbye

GSASM88 - It's not based solely on luck. First, you have to make decisions when you have more than one option, and base that decision on previous card draws. It make look like a better idea to clear out a three card run on the board, but depending on the previous card draws and the likelihood of what's behind the hidden cards in the two-card run, it might be better to clear those out instead.
If you don't see that there is a strategic element in this game and that it's not solely 'luck based', I feel sorry for you son.

Games based on luck are a joke. If I wanted to test my luck I would go to a casino and play the slots. Also, take down all the annoying advertising. Don't need you to push that horrible Apple name down my throat.
