Good idea, poor execution. There needs to be more meteors in the beginning and far, far less at 100. Also, the random powerup/powerdown system isn't much fun.

So I'm NOT supposed to protect the planet by absorbing the meteors? Ummm... So if they don't hit me... And I'm on the surface... Then they go right through the planet?
