When I killed him in his first stage, I was like "FINALLY!" but guess what, I had to kill his skull. I was thinking when I killed his skull "I swear, if I have to kill his brain..." but luckly I didn't.

First run: thought levels added up because there was no way I could kill this guy starting at level 1.
Twenty Minutes Later: Speedrun achievement complete. *fistpump*

Wow, no mute button. Seriously? How are people forgetting that at this point, especially when there's no volume control at all and it's REALLY DAMN LOUD!

Just stay to the left pretty much all the time. When he shoots his laser, just stand behind him and spam A. If he shoots it from the right, hit the tombstones, and then jump on the top platform after he shoots the first time. The two skull forms are very easy, as you should now be level 4 - just keep to the left and hit it when you get the chance.

For the skull tom, just hit him when he goes from left to right and stay away the rest of the time. 99% patience, 1% skill.
