If you want to see the final upgrade, just get him down to the skull and stay on the opposite end of the map and group the gravestones together, when your magic is filled and flashing, charge it all the way, and hit them, then keep the combo going and you'll be getting hundreds of experience in about 10 seconds.

WALKTHROUGH:
To start with, if you group the tombstones in one place, you get -mega awesome xp-. Get as many as you can together -- unless there's one all the way across the terrain, then leave it alone, because that wastes too much time.
Next, attack the pile of stones, trying to keep it near the middle. Attack The Beard too, running away when necessary to dodge his attacks. When you get to axe level, you can attack him a bit more (say when you've been chased away from your stones for a moment), when you're maxed out ignore the tombstones completely and attack him whenever possible.
TO DODGE Basic attack

Run a short distance-- or if you're on the left side as I commonly find myself, get him to chase you so he's underground and you become immune to this while he stays there.

TO DODGE Windmill Attack
{This is the one where his mustache spins.}
Attack him once while he's still charging it, then run as fast as you can. Cannot be immunized, and the Basic immunization makes it hard to see the Windmill.
TO DODGE Eye-beams
{This is the one where he shoots red lasers out of his eyes.)
Go to the very edge of the screen while he's firing on the top of the screen -- the side that he's on. When he comes down, attack him once driving him away from the side, move back to the edge, then pound him while his lasers are going off. To immunize safer, run to the side, then jump onto either higher island when the top lasers stop.

TO DODGE Bread Attack
{This is the one where he hides and loaves of bread fall down.}
Hide underneath a floating island. When you see them drop, check if there's one directly above you, and move out from under it. Easy, just time consuming.
TO DODGE Epic Fireball Attack
{This is the one that... you'll know when you see it.}
This attack loops; left-right-middle-repeat. On the left side, there's a point just to his right and below him where you can continually attack him while he uses his attack. Middle and right, just run away. Cannot be immunized.

When he uses that beam attack 2nd time on the lower section of the level don't jump on the platforms but stand behind him and combo hit him, it gives super xp and i got the under 4 minutes badge using that strategy.

I finally got all 3 badges!
Here are two things to do when you fight him:
1. Group the tombstones together and hit them in combos to get ur exp up.
2. Use ur most powerful magic when you get to higher levels.

It was a very long time since I last got so frustrated playing a game. For some reason, the controls are so unresponsive for me that it feels almost like some AI is doing the playing...

to kill the skull kill him on the very left side and have 4th lvl (gold) then just keep hitting him he cant move then get lollypop of death with bubbles gr8 game 100/5

The speed razor badge isn't too hard, just keep spamming him when he shoots his laser and he should go down easy. For the second part I found that a fully charged direct hit with magic(gold guy) will eat away almost half his life bar. I got both badges on second try using this technique

Wow. The Speed Badge is really hard. Finally got it after 5 tries!
I found out how to do it faster: Gather up all the gravestones as fast as possible and start whacking the pile of stones back and forth while also hitting Tom. This way you get exp way faster, and each guy is quite a bit more powerful than the previous.

Beat the game easy but hard to do it under 4000 frames. Tried 3 times already only went 4500 frames :( Fun game though!!!!

there is an attack patter *surely not!*
he does 2 attacks, either the bleh tounge thing or the windmill beard. toung thing is predictable: he sticks his tounge out. windmill---well, eh, he doesn't do it often. just run. then he attacks laser up and then down. YOU HAVE TO BE AT THE EDGES. THAT IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE YOU CAN JUMP UP AND AVOID THEM. bread comes every 2 cycles. easy to avoid again, again, you kill him, skull dude. he attacks left middle right left middle right again again again. there is a certain window where you can dodge his fire, just pound him and he dies, he has a low hp level

too easy, but trying to be it in no time flat is fun. great when you dont lag too much.
PS whiners:his attacks are predictable. learn what action signifies what attack
