Awesome retro style game. Sadly a little bit easy, got all the badges by my second play-through.
Loved the ultimate lollipop at the last level :D

the skull attack at 3 places, a high in the middle, and two lower on two sides. it goes left > right > up. the best time to hit is when it is moving from left to right.

Ok, I just got all the badges and the card.
1. When he first shoots the laser, get behind him and use your magic at full and let him have it.
2. When not doing this, group a bunch of headstones together and wail on them for XP. As leveling up is important. (Watch out for the bread!)
3. You should also have two lives at this point (your current and the last one.)
4. You should max out on your levels sometime around when he changes into a skull... this is when you wail on him with the lollipop which has awesome damage.
It's kinda hard to explain how to go about attacking him when he's the skull, but to me it looks like he likes to shoot in certain parts of the screen. Study the pattern.

Hm ok. The game's good... or at least has potential to be quite entertaining. It's a very easy game, but the jumping I find is sometimes unresponsive. However it turns out you can beat the game without jumping at all.

no skizm, it sucks not because it's difficult but because the only player skills it tests are (extremely basic) pattern memorisation and boredom threshold. The game's a beautifully wrapped turd.

Weak concept, not interesting, too much luck being missed by bread, not fun. Well drawn, although the guy's obviously a little full of himself thinking we care if he has a beard or not. 1/5 (no 0).

anyone saying this game sucks is just frustrated at not being able to beat it. however, it's actually easy to beat if you're just a little observant. every time he uses his "lasers" he shoots at the top first and then the bottom, giving you PLENTY of time to get out of the way. also, if you run toward him every time he uses the top laser, you'll make it all the way behind him before he uses the bottom laser, and you can constantly hit him from behind. keep your combos up and it's not that hard to beat. also keep in mind that this is just a quick throw-together thing behemoth did based on their new game for XBLA. it's not supposed to be some awesome game, just a quick bit of fun.

he always attacks high, then low. when he floats off to one side of the screen charge your magic and follow him. when he attacks low, jump to the highest platform and unleash magic.

i beat it on my first try. It's really easy all you have to do is avoid the attacks and only attack him when he just attacked. The fire balls hurt a lot but you just need to keep your distance, hit the grave stones when possible.

He follows a pattern. It's the same pattern every time you play. You can beat it easily if you follow the pattern.

It's pretty but I'm sorry to say that this game is a bit of a turd. The controls are horrible, and that's pretty much where the story ends for me.

Wow, I beat this game after my 100th some time and when I did it was all, "Dude! You just completed the Fulp Fiction achievement in Castle Crashing "The Beard" and won the Fulp Fiction badge and 15 points!" and at the bottom it didn't even have the badge thing for it. XD
This just shows how addicting this game can be.
