with this new system how do you maintain 1 million heat to get the bonus, it cools by itself now, compared to previously when you can heat it up and leave it

New updates messed up my upgrades, i've resetted several times and before the updates i was at the green cells but now i have all the updates i had in my last gameplay before resetting (still at green cells but with full updates)

35 single nef chekcer board with ult.vents. 17.7T/t heated. Took me 6 cores to stabilize temp to +6k per tick, like 5+ days to move from 450 to 537B. Just a lil math to keep it hot over night, do it. Can vent 1Qa but only get 150T plating, lol, could run a couple quad nef with the vent. Dogging my CPU a bit. Neutron at 10% is niche. Use caps to ratio vents, but you'll prolly still need more caps to soak up energy. At 10% or 20% of a core per cell it's just better to consolidate and get another group.

Suggestion: (I am not sure if this is already in the game, please downvote or inform me if it is) An upgrade to re-build neutron reflectors would be really nice :P

How is it possible that some people has posted some builds being able to remove 1T heat with one click when I have maxed upgrades (about clicks) and I've just to 1M?

http://i.imgur.com/0175fqz.jpg Indirect heat venting. It's balanced for 6-8 hours before losing all the heat in the reactor. I wonder however how are terabytes of energy per till possible. I don't feel like upgrades could boost it enough.

I have to say that I enjoy the updates, but I think you have made it too easy. One still needs solid experimentation or linear algebra to utilize Nefastium cells but that's a good thing.

You said that you added slight passive cooling to the reactor. Why would you ever do that. It is too small to help, so it can only be seen as intended to annoy players and get in the way. Please explain, it doesn't make any sense.

I'd rather have a dev that breaks something while trying to fix and improve a game every now again again than one that puts out a game and forgets about it. You're doing waaaaaay better than most devs here. Keep it up!

I have one relatively minor suggestion I would like to see. The ability to use the space bar as a hot key for pausing and unpausing.

Fans also seem to be venting heat directly from the reactor too. I have several fuel cells without any fans at all and I can still remove heat without any outlets.

Hey just a thought, heat inlets and outlets should scale as well. There are a lot of builds that rely on sucking the heat out of the reactor so having those upgrades would be much appreciated.

Suggestions:
Maxed upgrades have a different background such as black or white vs the greys of purchasable and not purchasable. A button to allow passive heat release would be nice, the passives to increase power dependent on heat of the reactor are annoying without that. Liquidate all cells whenever you do an update, or allow us to recoup some amount of the value of the cells, as every time there is an update that makes them worthless really hurts the players as we dont get either the cell's value or the profit they would have earned.

The calculations in this game take up too much cpu when the reactor is completely filled. I tried to push the pause button to keep my reactor from overheating, bu there was so much lag that it didn't register for about 10 seconds, and by that time it was too late... All my batteries instantly melted, which lowered the effectiveness of the heat vents, which caused them to overheat and explode, which then caused a total meltdown. I wasn't left with enough money to rebuild, I had to start at the cheap materials again.
Please find a way to minimize cpu usage...

I'm seeing a MAJOR performance hit with this update... It seems that for every (quad tier 5) cell I put in, it gets slower and slower to the point where the game is using HALF of my CPU! My current build: http://i.imgur.com/qEHyFgW.png?1

There is a severe issue when you release updates. It puts my reactor completely out of balance, and i instantly lose about 1 or 2t of my money. I don't know how you might fix this, but it needs to be addressed

Random Glitch, If for some reason you decide you want a higher tier power supply and delete your old power supplies, your things start to overheat for no reason. Whether the new power supply is in or not. The item for you to sell power i mean.

I would like to see synergies between different components, small bonuses given to the components based on what they are connected to. As it stands, coolant cells and heat exchangers have become irrelevant in this latest update. All im using are outputs + vents in a checkers pattern and im able to achieve some obscene income/heat generation without worry.

Message to the game Dev: I can't speak for everyone here but as for me, I'm more than happy to put up with repeated/botched updates with someone who updates fairly frequently rather than deal with a crappy game that someone never touches again. Nice job so far, I look forward to see where this goes.

Also noted that 4 X 1.6b capable fans cannot handle a 500million capable outlet. I guess it's the fans that are the issue.

In response to your latest update; brother, you've been the most reliable, constant, and engaging developer I've had the pleasure to come across. PLEASE keep coding, keep building, keep conversing with your playerbase just like you do. We need more like you in every field of work. I don't get it, why people complain about explosions. Its a reactor game. Reactors explode, if built or configured wrong. Don't build so close at limits and the reactor will not explode so fast. Don't invest every single buck, which you earned, and you will have something to rebuild after boom. And coolant cells are no vents. Autoreplacing would make vents obsolete. The developer did a nice job and he managed to make a real playable reactor simulation, which actually makes fun and is also completely different than most known games and contains also more hours of active fun playtime than most other games on kong. He didn't expect the success of the game and tries now hard to fulfill our wishes. He makes one upgrade per day and has the courage to change things instead of waiting and trying small bits. This work should be appreciated!

Ok. The price hike on the top tier, already bloody expensive and hard to work with, power cells is too F(expletive)ing much. Let me know when the dev gives up on this ridiculous tripe. I was enjoying this up to now.

Vents are not removing the indicated amount of heat from themselves. 4 ultimate heat vents (1.315b heat removed) cannot cope with 1 double dolorium generating 1.815b heat. Considering that should be split between all 4 it seems a bit ridiculous.

jojobees, inlets allow for you to do something like: have a massive coolant tank with coolant cells and outlets to them, then when they are near full, dont restock the fuel cells, replace outlets with inlets, and use the coolant vents to cool the store.
