I'm noticing some odd behavior with the current build. Vents overheat without exploding (and can be sold for big $), cells go negative instead of burning out, game continues to run while paused (only once vets have overheated without exploding), & money can be earned without showing on stats screen. I know the amazing Dev will fix all of these soon!

there is currently a bug with the experimental capacitors that disables pause and lets heat of vents go past their limit as well as letting fuel cells go into negative.

The new capacitor still doesn't work with most of our upgrade levels. It produces 600Qa+ heat while every other component can only transfer ~1.5Qa. It needs to be customizeable.

Okay... I don't really want to complain about this, because it's kind of awesome, but it's getting a little annoying. The Protium cells aren't running out, they're going negative. Has anyone else had that issue? I realized it happened first in a dual-build with the Quad Dolorium cells.

The new capacitors are completely useless to the player until they upgrade to really powerful heat exchangers and inlets. I haven't been able to even use one, since it just explodes seconds after placement, even with really efficient designs. Even filling it halfway then stopping takes several minutes to completely cool down... I recommend either further lowering the amount it heats up or lower how much capacity it adds to reactor or make the heat go directly to the reactor when it reaches max capacity for heat.

Why that mega capacitor must warm up?? why it just increase capacity without warming and other capacitors sell that power with those auto sell speed?? it would more easy for us all because it warm more than any component can cool, one capacitor warm up 1Qi/t and best coolant system can cool it 160Theat/t so that mean cooling system cool it with 1/6250 legit??... noup. best way now are spamming those and replace those regularity.

Using the Extreme Capacitor, cooled indirectly, my reactors now store a certain amount of heat continually. The heat outlets don't remove it, even when capable of doing so. The amount of heat seems to be based on the number of dolorium cells. Maybe they are not being cooled directly by the fans next to them, but are instead dumping their heat into the reactor and causing the outlets to be unable to keep up? But then shouldn't the heat keep going up, instead of staying the same as long as the cells exist?

Oh and the game only supports for number of up to about 79.2 Octillion. I found that I can sell 'overheated' vents for extreme price, and, then I found number limit too. Sorry for reposting again and again :( Click + please so dev can see this.

Vents and Heat Exchangers are also bugged. Vents' heat can go beyond limit and don't explode. And Heat Exchangers are not working in that situation, or maybe, not working at all.

I found some bugs about Extreme Capacitors; When I placed an Extreme Capacitor without an Improved Power Lines upgrade, tick per second went up extremely fast, like 5 times faster than normal or so. And power cells never depletes, even for protium. They just have negative durability, and my protium power doesn't increase. :(

After the reactor exploding,only the vent broke down,others still word.Even I add more Quad Protium Cell,it still word.The heat increased so fast.

With all this equipment shouldn't we be able to see how much heat is currently being dissipated and how much energy is being generated. with out haveing to sit down with a calculator :)

Have you guys EVER thought that perhaps the prestige items are NOT for idle mode? tip: prestige, build up your reactor, do NOT buy even 1 level of Improved Power Lines (the only upgrade that makes your extreme capacitor explode). Epic WIN! You got extreme power capacity...

The outlet broke and right now the best way to gain income is to buy the best cell you can get and put the outlet within an empty 9x9 square (or one with the generators or something like that) since it'll go jackpot.

My extreme capacitors store about 630 Qu power. I think you can see the problem. They dont even behave like reactors (despite no stated heat capacity) and dump heat into the reactor when isolated. Also, there is a point where adding more vents/removing capacitors just hurts you. I have even tried several EC to split the heat between them and surrounding them with inlets, but they still blew (and more then 3 blew the reactor, not to mention the bugs). Maybe if I could have powerful inlets/exchangers without blowing my vents... or if the EC added to vents effectivness in meaningful manner (to compensate for a robust heat managment structure) they would be useful. Right now, I will stick with my old builds, thank you. :(

Even after the 50 % heat update for the extreme capacitor I cant build anything useful from it. I noticed the extreme capacitor gets priority over the others capacitors, meaning that, even when you hafe enough normal capacitors to sell everything, teh extreme capacitor blows. Not sure if that is intended or not. Maybe if the extreme capacitors would only sell the remaining engergy after the normal caps have sold their share, the extreme capaitors might be of any use. So far I dont know what to do with them. I even spent 50 k EP to upgrade heat exchangers and similar, buw instead it would have been better to use them for the 100k capaticor upgrade, like I intendet before the introduction of the extreme capacitor.

Extreme Capacitor is absolutely USELESS. No configuration could cool it effectively: it's impossible to utilize 10Qa per tick from a single cell.

I'm still experiencing problems with the outlets causing glitches with heat and power generation, and unfortunately once it starts a meltdown is inevitable because it continues even when the game is "paused". There are a lot of tiny random glitches ATM but this game is, of course, still fun as hell. I just have to make sure I have a lot of money before attempting any changes, so I can afford to rebuild if everything explodes.

Think a good change would be the ability to sell prestiege upgrades back, because at the moment, getting particles is neigh impossible after a certain point so it isn't possible to really get the amount of the even more expensive upgrade if you also spent some in wrong places.

I appreciate the fixes that you made and for changing your mind on how the extreme capacitors should work. I hope you get some good sleep but when you do come back please rethink the extreme coolant cells or maybe add some upgrades for it for those of us who have purchased numerous double heat prestige upgrades as those make the extreme coolant cell useless since you can't pull heat out of them. I understand the farther you go the harder it is supposed to be to cool these things but as it is getting the upgrades on the vents cost less and use less space than using uncoolable extreme coolant cells and by the time it becomes EP worthy to buy the extreme coolant cells vs upgrading vents you have already upgraded your fuel cells heat production to require you replacing those coolant cells every few minutes.

I feel like the Ex.Cap. is broken. cause no matter what build I make it blows up cause Im making to much power hints it saying in it Details" As it make yhou able to hold more Power it gives off heat equal to the amount of Power your selling. Then it just blows up no matter what I do.

Dood, i was very stoked about the mega capacitor possibilities, but did you test it? i'm currently producing NO power, none, no cells active, i place a mega capacitor and i immediately starts heating up and melts in about 2 seconds. even if i've got it surrounded with vents and am producing no power, it just... disintegrates , one more update before bed?

This new patch is .. very buggy. For example, while paused my reactor will "flash" red if it's overheating--going from 99.99% heat to 0% a dozen times a second.

I got really excited to see the new capacitors but after I placed one it burned up allmost instantly, so I put a few fans next to it and it didn't wan't to share the heat with the vents. Besides even if it did get rid of the heat how am I supposed to get rid of 13.600Qa heat per tick? The most I've gotten rid of with my vents is about 37T heat per tick. So maybe add new vents to counter that or maybe an upgrade to reduce the heat from the capacitors.

So after being forced to reload due to a chrome crash my reactor decided to release a burst of heat hotter than a billion Big Bang's. I think I can proudly say I am the father of a new universe. Unfortunately most of the Local Group had to be sacrificed in this achievement but hey gotta crack a few trillion stars to make a universe.

I thought the point of an idle game was to make numbers so unreasonably big, that we have to make up the names to those numbers. I didn't mind a little lag, but what I do mind is a misleading list of instructions, and dysfunctional components. I have been experimenting, and a number of glitches have cropped up, including the heat exchangers' unwillingness to share their heat with heat vents, and one involving placing an inlet next to an outlet, placing a vent/coolant next to the outlet, and placing any fissile cell anywhere except beside the vent/coolant. These were definitely NOT present before, as when I reloaded my entire (very meticulously planned out) reactor, it sublimated instantly. (went from solid, to gas, skipping over liquid entirely.)
Please fix the exchangers, and the outlet/inlets.

What happened to the way my darned exchangers work! I don't understand the change since only the decimal system changed... im scared, my reactor dont wanna work anymore :(
