Simple game, yet I've spent two mornings messing around with it so far. Really fun. If possible, a few functional visual features (moving fans, glowing cells) would be a great addition (though I imagine this is a one-person project :p). Also, graphs, the ability to copy and paste a group of units, and a summary of how many of each unit you currently have would be superb. I don't know whether that much work would be worth in a game this simple, but still XD. Good work, mate(s).

Cleared my game with the new update. I think the Capacitors are a bit strong now. Here's a strange Automated Seaborgium reactor pumping out 76.8M/tick while I have breakfast. Decent update, looking forward to watching this puzzle grow. http://q.gs/7zgCg

Good update, might I suggest adding tooltips when you hover over the pause and replace depleted cells buttons? Also maybe add a shortcut to the pause like p or the space bar.

Suggestions: More intelligent exchangers; 1 prio to cool reactor, 2 to move to cooling component, instead of balance, also more throughput. Add heatpipes that even out heat between connected components, but without a per tick restriction and no transfer to and from reactor and only capacity before melting like everything else, could allow very elaborate cooling designs. Ability to create temperature independant compartments (wall off area with plates) to better toy with the boost-by-heat upgrades. Add control-component to switch on and off rods in intervals or based on a reading, this will allow awesome usage of the coolant cells as actual buffers - it could maybe be part of each compartment. If you need to lay wires on the board, use the tile boarders. Fix the tick calculations to sum outputs instead of comparing current and last value (I suspect that's the way it's done now).

Nevermind: Shift-right clicking worked the third time I tried. Since shift-clicking also is a bit tempermental, that's probably just UI trouble on my end.

There really should be a way to 'sell everything' - I've seen a way to improve my design, especially since the original design required me to use parts two 'levels' over the power-production, but I don't feel like right-clicking literally every spot on the grid to sell it (I filled all empty spots with Plating)

excellent work @bash, definitely better than my single-nefa build. i'd like to check a 3vent double-nefa build, too but my gut feeling tells me that you've explored the optimal build

The ultimate set-up: http://puu.sh/fbt23/8135ae84aa.png I only have level 1 nefastium upgrade. Here's why I think it's the best. 900B heat via plating is the minimum in order to use 2 fans per double nefastium cell. My build accomplishes this without wasting any space.

@olivier i think capacitors and power sellers should be split.
@rkr they can still cool things beyond their maximum heat, they just go boom instantly if they are loaded with more than they can handle

Suggestion: You should make it so that heat is transferred to turbines by coolant and then used to generate electricity which is sold for money.

Nevermind, I realise how Plating works now! I was looking at it wrong. Maybe tighten up how you explain the mechanics a little bit :P I was thinking individual plates gave compounding bonuses (ie. x(1.06)per plate rather than an additive bonus), regardless of plate capacity.

capacitors really need a boost, they are the limiting factor and having half the screen just spammed with them is a bit sad. Either a boost to their capacity, or their efficiency (or both) would be nice :)

Now with the changes I'd like to temporarily disable upgrades I bought, such us cell duration upgrades and automatic replacements as I started using coolant cells and those upgrades will blow up my reactor after they worn out.

Is I think getting close to the limit of balance between heat and power. Heat exchangers could just be affected the same way as vents by plating, increasing all of it's parameters by 1% per upgrade per tier maybe?
OR combine the final tier vent and exchanger so it's super ultimate. and use the extra component slot for something that extends what is considered an adjacent tile - like a straight off heat pipe so the quad cell could just vent out into tiles

So game only runs when it has a window/tab open. Guess it does save on computation requirements, but most idlers tend to run even if it doesn't have a window/tab. Not really critiquing, just find it odd as it took me a while to figure that out.

Would you mind checking the "Don't allow ads that expand on rollover" in the kong upload page? They can be pretty bothersome sometimes when trying to scroll down the page

We need +1 tier of everythings (battery, plating, fans etc), or just get rid of battery, cause to autocollect 2-3 quad nefastium cells a need to build all reactor with batteries

Request: Ability to paint structures (Click and drag to build) for when you accidentaly blow your load when editing your reactor. Will help building lines of stuff instead of clicking on each cell

There should be a help section clarifying the hotkeys and shortcuts. I'm not sure if it's a bug, but the shift+left click doesn't work for me even if I have enough money to replace everything.
