Small bug : when you are in Help and you choose an example, behind the grey background you have access to your reactor (move your mouse on the help text to see) - So you can read and create elements.

@vts6482 Gj! 1st I need 200T for upgrade to use heated up reactor and collecting this kind of money will take some time. Also i didn't knew you can use reflectors with not having to cool reactors more because reflectors description used to say it will increase heat

for some reason when i had placed something to make power to sell i got no power what ever i had put down no power!!! so can you fix that bug

@LunaticNeko Looks like a good idea. This or any other way to 'layer' the reactor would add some interesting possibilities. Two thoughts: 1) This would be a massive change, possibly beyond what the dev is planning (great idea for a sequel perhaps?). 2) You say that "Many times a tier-5 fan beefed with a hundred plates work much better!"... isn't this exploit the main flaw in the current game? I doubt the dev intended for the current optimum build where the exhausts directly process 3 times as much heat as their rating... Stopping that and instead beefing up the transfer pipes more or making them upgradable would be a quicker fix I think

3-vent nefastium is generally a touch more efficient in the new build than 2-vent nefastium. You need to have over 26 nefastium generators before 2-vent generators become more efficient.

I propose a new system called Backplane Modification System. Essentially it's time to create a new game with new mechanics *under* this game. i'm having trouble setting up quad dolorium cells. 4 ultimate heat vents gets obliterated instantly versus a quad of dolo cells. i played around with heat vents, coolant cells, and heat exchangers and turns out that you cannot cool coolant cells with neither heat vents nor a combination of heat vents and heat exchangers. Also, great game 5/5 - felt like an engineer. hue

new problem we need a better storage place. The batterys just cant cope whit the power thats flowing in at a certain point even fully upgraded

@zbigi See my setup. Reflectors can improve your efficiency a bit if they boost two cells; this uses 1 square to add the same power as 1.5 squares of cell+exhaust. Also, heat your reactor up to get a free energy boost!

And I think you broke the upgrade for Nefastium (from 3 to 4th, 'experimental nefastium) now suddenly costs 5Qa...really too big an increase

Yeah, an option to export and import savegames would be great. In this way player can actively prevent total losses of savegame.

Might be helpful to have a toggle for the automatic depleted cell replacement for when you want to change cells but don't want to waste the money from a partially consumed cell.

Idea | Suggestion: If a "Reactor Incremental 2" ever comes around, I think it should use a Hex Grid so there are no diagonals for people to complain about.

So, can anyone top 101m/tick with seaborgium? it just seems like the last conventional reactor component possible, with dolo and nos needing complex cooling systems, rather than just stacking plates to upgrade fans to handle long strips.

Can't get it to work, scrounge until I have $10 then nothing i click does anything, Uranium cell isn't greyed out anymore but clicking or click and drag does nothing

The new heat reward only change my reactor from 7 quad nef cell to 6 quad nef cell and a 1M plating. With 6ticks/s and 400% output give me 1.05B/tick or 6.3B/s

Oh the new upgrade says that it was only minor tweaks so it shouldn't be a problem. Entire board that was quite functional yesterday explodes -_-

Yeah, heat upgrade is fun... the reactor is now way less forgiving :D ...
Here an experiment with 123 Million per click using seaborgium only: http://i.imgur.com/K3jDkS8.jpg When this thing blows up, it can be replace its value in few seconds, so its really cost efficient. When you try to build, think about the upgrades and to build carefully and dont just complain after it made boom.

This game needs some work. In the end it requires hours of idling and this game doesn't even work offline; also, upgrades are imbalanced.

Ok so yeah heat exchangers need an upgrade tree or just a massive buff in general, 16x19 grid = 304 cells, quad nesfet puts out 104m heat, 299 tier 5 heat exchangers only pull 34m per tick and again directly sitting anything next to the fuel is just gonna blow it up

@CAEL. If you do add a hardcore mode then please consider changing manual venting to accumulate heat over a few seconds, perhaps to a greater capacity. As it stands currently, it would just encourage auto-clickers as a 'get out of jail free' card.

I'm beginning to see an issue where heat exchangers are the limiting factor to making a decent reactor self cool, nothing of the same tier can handle direct injected heat from a quad cell of the same tier, and everything but exchangers get upgrades that make them run better, after 20 or so platings I need 3 exchangers to keep up with one fan if they're pull heat from the reactor but they get insta melted setting next to the fuel itself.

@Owner1098. That's a great idea. Giving reflectors (and only reflectors) a diagonal effect would make them useful. Currently the only benefit they have over spamming uranium is that they will reflect a different number of pulses in different directions (have not confirmed and not sure what the use-case would be). Anyway, I agree that reflectors need some kind of buff. The 'problem' with this is that in the late game builds the quadratic growth of heat means using single cells is most economical, thus reflectors become just as useless as multi-cell setups... Another use for reflectors would be if there was a hardcore mode added (i.e. no removal of cells until they are exhausted or coolants); reflectors could be the 'safe' way to heat up the reactor...

Heat vents' maximum heat should proportionally increase along with their ability to lower heat. You should never have a situation where your vents are more than up to the task of venting the heat, but they immediately explode because their heat capacity is insufficient.

Since Vents don't remove heat from reactor anymore, any build using just Vents can just fill up the Reactor with heat, and stop when its full. The heat wont go anywhere, and you will have a permanent Power bonus.

A quad thorium cell says it produces 9k heat, the seaborgium single says it does 6.94k heat. So why does the seaborgium heat everything up faster than the quad thorium?

I love the pacing of this game. I am currently running a t6 reactor with your newest build as shown here:http://imgur.com/KrSzvHB and I have a suggestion that I think people would like and agree with and I personally would love to see in your game to create an even better build. I would like to see reflectors (and only them) have an omnidirectional influence. basically I would like to see them affect every cell in range in 8 directions. it would fit into so many builds and allow many builds to remain stable without sacrificing cooling vents or units. if you read this, thank you very much for at least considering the idea ^.^

Maybe in the next update we should be able to tell the Heat Exchanges to give, take or equal out to adjacent heat vents
