game suddenly uses near 100% cpu. and I cant make any change or pause/go to another screen. already tried restarting comp etc. cant try a different browser because when I do that I get a new game. looks like I will have to see if a new build will fix this. too bad with recent balance farming EP's was fun

Latest "update" completely reset all of my upgrades. And I lost all my prestige points. Boo! So when I figured it was kosher to shift+click and restart my reactor... BOOM! heat overload and I lost everything.
So far this game has been really great, but that experience was disappointing as I have to restart from scratch.

would be nice of there where 10 tiers of everything 5 is still good. 8x 16x 32x 64x 128x fuel cells for ALL TYPES. even nefastium even protium if the max item tier of ITEMS becomes 10.

One question - is it intentional that lots of smaller capacitors (even tier 1 capacitors) provide a higher benefit to the heat transfer of vents and heat transfers via Active Ventilation and Active Venting? In testing, it seems a handful of even the Basic caps provide a far greater bonus than one or two Ultimate Caps

So, before the most recent hotfix (12/2/15), I had about 120 exotic particles. I had spent 100 of them, so I had 20 left. I logged on for the first time after the hotfix, and I didn't have my upgrades that I bought. But, for some reason the game gave me 758 particles.

There really needs to be a massive upgrade to autosell/capacitors for then endgame. Single protiums rapidly build up more generation than I could possibly sell even if I could have every til as ultimate capacitor.

Good game, balancing could still use a bit of work but enjoying it non the less. One suggestion, being able to click+hold the mouse button and drag them over empty cells to fill with the selected part would be nice instead of having to click each cell individually

hm i dissipated ~5 Qa heat and produced ~ 4 Qa Power this game and i dont get any prestige points... can somebody tell me why??

To dev again: There is a game called Idle God 3, when i was playing that it was using signed 64 bit for highscores but it changed to unsigned 32 bit. (starts with 4,194...) You can try signed 64 bit but kongregate may have changed it or developer may be changed it so you can go "at least unsigned 32" instead of signed 32. But for ingame I don't know if there are but you can use 8 byte. I am not a dev so I don't know if it is related that the unity or game is x86 or x64. It was suggestion if there are aanywhere you can try without publishing it.

Cooling cells are surprisingly useful when you max out your exchangers just to transfer heat out of the outlets. I can actually take out one of my heatsink arrays in my Protium reactor just because of coolant cells.

So, I build a 74T per tick reactor, let it run for a few hours, then decide I've had enough. Three days later I come back, and my reactor explodes. I look at my skills, they're all 0. So, I rebuild... Now I have a 1.4Qa Reactor, and I haven't spent 10% of my EP yet. http://imgur.com/y4O6Bve

Some kind of way to prevent a reactor meltdown would be nice. Like an upgrade that shuts down the reactor, or a device that is inside the reactor that blows first and pauses the game

It would be nice if you could stop the game from pausing when you leave the main screen. It's appreciated when you are running an unstable setup that needs monitoring, but when you have built something that runs by itself, it is just annoying.

@umod47: Ever tried shift-clicking? Shift-Rightclicking on a component removes all occurences of that component. You can also exchange all vents for other vents by shift-clicking one of them. It will replace as many as you have money for and won't touch the rest.

i love the amount of updates but i hate that so many of them mean i need to restart the game because it either reset my upgrades but kept my layout destroying everything etc

The game needs some shortcuts. For example, the ability to add and remove elements en-masse without clicking each of them individually. Duplicate and upgrade abilities would also be very cool.

Yup just logged mine on and everything is reset to zero, power ups its all been reset other than a reactor full of vents I got nothing about a weeks worth of time gone. This is a sad event, I think until I can either have a save file that the server can't eat with an update or its stable and not erasing stuff I'm taking a break. Tho I'm still glad to see its constant attention.

Love the game, but I think there was a bug between version 17 and 18, my Exotic Particle score is insanely high! I couldn't play so I reset :)

To back up the previous post, I have 274 ultimate capacitors, 6 level 3 Protium cells, and generate 1.047 Qa power with no heat scaling at all.

Another suggestion for balance. You may want to increase the time on the Protium cells by the same factor that you increase the power. Possibly even more. You very quickly outrun the capacitor capability otherwise. I am considering downgrading to Nefastium because they just don't produce the power.

hmmm got some awesome vents - lowers heat of itself by 3T, hold 93B heat :D thankfully it cool itself before exploding :)

@contract_sniper: unleashed fuel makes cells so extremly cheap, that the buildup at the 5th prestige takes less than 20 minutes and most time is just required to fill screen with stuff.

There seems to be a bug where the quad versions of a cell produce less energy than they should, at least as indicated by the tool tip.

Glitch: When you have an Ultimate Heat Outlet and a basic coolant cell, the Ultimate Heat Outlet still deposits BILIONS of heat into it, the cell melts instantly, but the heat... disappears. This also works if you have a coolant cell SURROUNDED by Ultimate Heat Outlets.

BUG: After purchasing "Research Grant" and "Protium Research", if you click them again you lose EP for nothing. I wasted my first 800 EP this way because I couldn't believe what I saw and I kept clicking. Second day playing, second time I lost my progress.
