Under rating threshold (show) are vents suppose to stop working when you over heat, test case: i use a single uranium cell to over heat and my ultimate vents had its heat slowly increase by one every tick

It delivers 230+ Million per tick with DOLORIUM only!!! http://i.imgur.com/mJGI9Id.jpg Keep in mind, that it requires some upgrades,... before you build, test if 1 dolorium double cell can be cooled with one vent. If not, you should build more plating.

Under rating threshold (show) Suggestion: In addition to venting more heat, the heat capacity of vents should also be increased. My vents vent 1M heat per tick but only hold 500k heat.

You may need more plating and/or capicitors. I have several upgrades but I just blew up a very expensive setup so I made this to get some money to upgrade more.

Under rating threshold (show) Heat exchangers don't seem to favor pumping heat into heat events. I can surround a heat event with 4 heat exchangers and the heat events stay at 50% while the vent is at 0%. This makes it hard to tell if I need more exchangers to pipe heat into vents or more vents.

Under rating threshold (show) Just a heads up, your heat exchangers and coolants are experiencing a bug still there the coolants will have roughly 2k heat still retained, no source of heat, several exchangers connecting them to several fans and they will still generate heat or dissipate them at roughly 30 points per tick when the system allows for a transfer of 240+ per tick? I would definitely wonder why heat is being retained in a system where the power cannot exceed the cooling capacity.

Under rating threshold (show) Running 3 4 quad cell nefastium connected by coolant and surrounded by coolant was getting me about 2.77B tick and maintenance plus the cash button was about all I could manage. You could do 4 and make money just a touch faster. It was pretty fast, the experiment took just a few minutes to get back my investment and then I let it melt down. It wasn't fast enough to get me to 200T, however, lol, maybe some people would sit there that long.

Under rating threshold (show) Here's a setup that might or might not inspire someone: http://snag.gy/NL5PH.jpg Replace fans with T5 ones, the cells with single Nefastium, and higher reflector ones. With only the first nefastium base power upgrade, and 4/6 heat upgrades.. running the setup at 100M/109M heat, you'll get ~304 mil / tick. (You won't be able to sell that fast unless you have the last capacitor upgrade though.)

Under rating threshold (show) So even with all 6 Ticktime upgrades, if you take the time to upgrade the Nefastium, any of the 3 types can take Over 9 days to deplete fully. Also, I think with 6 upgrades for everything, there should be a 6th set of vents and what not, for as far as I can tell, it's... basically impossible to use a double or quad Nefastium on like any setup I've tried yet.

Under rating threshold (show) @Axel. I have the 3rd nefastium upgrade (before upgrade costs got patched :P) @The_froggy. 'without a reason' is a bit harsh. Note that I have 3x the power output as your reactor; as power scales up you need to dedicate much more space to capacitors so making do with the fewest cells is the key (currently). @Zanatar. Take a look at mine (below), its what I've found to work best, but fine-tweaking depends on your upgrades.

Under rating threshold (show) @axel and @vts6482 you guys are overcomplicating it too much without a reason. http://s7.postimg.org/sfxl9ynbv/untitled.png I ONLY have first 2 length and effectiveness upgrades for dolorium, and i have 1 tick per second less than Axel. Also i don't have final levels of 1% upgrades for venting and power. I am 100% certain that this layout gives better result once i have the same upgrades as axel. and is far simpler and safer to build.

Under rating threshold (show) @ChaoSpectre In many ways the update to exchanges is a step in the right direction, but the speed between components is still waaaay too slow. Needs to be something like 13M/tick transfer to be viable end-game (assuming auto-replacing quad nefastium surrounded by 4 coolants and 8 exchangers).

Under rating threshold (show) @Axel 1989: The best neutron reflector is still another cell. The only exception is, when the cells become expensive and cannot be grouped due heat. Look at http://i.imgur.com/gxOIJxA.jpg . I got the same upgrades like you (i got just one of the new heat bonus more), so you should be able to build this.
