I can't even get the med badge currently. 8/10 almost had 9 but they sent in 20 mother ships. NOT FAIR. 80% of moving target lvl done.

Sorry, I hate to break from the pack and I know I'll get plenty of heat for it: But I'm having a tough time liking this game. I like the concept and the design, but after playing Weapon 2/6: Jump to Warp about 30 times and getting slammed by those 20 or so mother ships every time, I just can't find joy here. I like a good challenge, but that's not challenging, it's like a DM in AD&D suddenly getting tired and telling his level 4 players they just ran into a dozen dragons, just so he can wrap it up quick. Not good times. 3/5

Wow. Lots of replayability, going back and playing every level in every difficulty gives you a whopping 84 levels, all of which are pretty nice in themselves. The badges are there to give you something to work at, and wow. Its just so satisfying when you end up with that big, glowing web of a base that's so bright it looks like a city. Not exactly TD, its more flexible than that. Amazing game...by far better than the first. I think you already know my rating.

fun game, does get awfully repetitive though, I definitely agree with the comments that recommend a sort of upgrade system that provides rewards for completing levels, particularly the side missions

Congratulations! You just won the Miner's Guide to the Galaxy Badge and 30 points!
Might try for the impossible, wont hold my breath though.

This game is hauntingly similar to Harvest:

Though it is a free flash version set in space.

tip: If you're having trouble with a mining mission on insane difficulty realize that the waves are triggered by the percentage minded. Therefore you can simply make one miner surrounded by asteroids and not upgrade it. This allows you to maximize resources used on defenses. Takes forever this way though.

Somehow I hate this one more than I hated the first one. It's still boring, it's still irritating and overall it sucks.

@ loony...I used just basic lasers on the escort missions, and nothing but missles on the superships....YW to people I posted the tips and screens for, and anyone else who got use of them.

@ Orakio. Thank you kindly. It didn't work for me on crazy exactly how you did it but I learned a couple new tactics and made it work. Ended up putting more of the missle's on the bottom because that is where the 20 mother ships were coming from. Again Thanks a lot.

Because of the massive amounts of minerals you're given for the second super-ship mission, its easier than the first (I had 12 maxxed-out THELs, 6 maxxed missile launchers, 8 maxxed pulsers, like 20 upgraded repair stations, a massive power network, and had killed both super-ships in 5 minutes.

I do like this game but there should be a targeting system that would help, oh and why are 38 mother ships coming all at once on a easy mode, the world may never know.

I went ahead and did one more upload for the final, for anyone who may have been confused about it. Same as the single supership, just building down instead of left, and allowing for the ships' arc.

Got bored after mission 2. Turn based would have been more fun with a single base you grow over time while exploring a galaxy.
