Wow, an army of strong and proud viking warriors abandoned the battlefield because the enemy army called them nasty names.
Also it's brilliant how you ripped these sound effects straight out of Pirates, Vikings and Knights 2.

i live just up the road from the Battle Abbey, it is stupid because the battle took place in Battle, but it didn't exist then so it was called the Battle of Hastings!!!!!!!

Yes the french had numbers but they were in a worse position and they were hard runned in napoleans campain... They had numbers but were in a bad spot... And they didn't out number the British 5 to 1? Anyone want to pop up numbers.. But when your destroying the enemy and have a huge advantage your soldiers don't just run Mid-battle... The soldiers in this game are much to prone to taunts which they wouldn't even hear mid battle and wouldn't effect them becuase they were raping the enemy
Take this analogy you and 5 of your friends were beating on 3 people they wouldn't call your a little **** and you would be like OMG and run away... That is what happens in this game...

OK, so I gave this game about 20 tries, and despite following the click and drag instructions of the game, I have yet to get off a single volley shot of archery. Anyone care to enlighten me on how a simple instruction can fail so badly?

No one is bitching this game just dumps common sense out of the window... Name 1 time in history when an generals troops retreated in the middle of a fight when they were winning 5 to 1... I am not talking about just one unit but the WHOLE army it doesn't happen

All I ever hear is bitch bitch bitch. If you keep losing, you suck at this game. If you keep lagging, you suck at buying a decent computer. That's just how it is.

It lags so badly near the end of a battle (Even on low quality) that I can't win a single hand-to-hand battle. The target keys don't even reach the area for me to click them! My computer is not even that slow, I don't know why it doesn't like this game

First game: Vikings v. English. Outnumbered 285 to 67. They kept getting to go first and taunted me to 0 while they were at 3. WTF?

How can a 100 man unit taunt away 800, who just slaughtered the majority of the enemy?
Not a big fan of hitting arrows to increase my attack either. You can hit all arrows at once and it will count them all.
A nice idea, but I don't like the game like it is. 3/5

Pretty dumb when i have a ratio of 5 to 1 troops some taunting WILL NOT BREAK MY TROOPS MORALE!!!! but it does and my whole army retreats i would say this game is a pretty mighty fail

ok until the bug with the fight sequences is fixed this game will remain extremely unbalanced towards encircling strategies

Awesome gameplay and educational value for someone not familiar with the Norman Conquest. Too bad the game is a bit short, please make more in the same vien. 5/5 if I ever saw one.

This comment section is so full of people failing at history. Trebuchet were siege weapons, and pretty much useless against troops. Age of Empires II LIED to you.

Bunch of bugs with this game. Had a group run off after killing another but I still had about 100 soldiers left. Had circled a group entirely yet I'm the one outflanked?

deadly bugs....
When I nearly killed a enemy unit, it ran away, but for some reason, 2 of my units followed that guy out to the enemy side and the game is dead

good game morel is shit though it makes no sence im wining than im suddenly loseing becuse of morel even though i just killed 3 unit stacks in one turn and my units ditch randomly too
