They should make a lot more sequels, taking place in different time periods and maybe even altering history, depending on the events.

They should lose more morale if the unit you killed taunted on that turn, I mean, I would get nervous if someone called the enemy a raven starver, and then get killed off by a rain of arrows...

Wait......If only they made another version of 1066 where, lets say it's a melee only round so I bring in my Huscarls or a archer only round and fire to the death!

Ooh.....the beauty of archers. Get some in the field and fire at the enemy. They think "OOH rain!", next thing you know -- Arrow in the neck.

they should have more warriors like purple, orange, yellow, white, and brown warriors. all they have is green red and blue warriors. this game is cool but it should have more warriors in it. i forgot 1 more color the black warriors

I wonder if you guys would believe me or not....I commanded an army of only Hardrada and 10 archer squads, and lost NO ONE at all. Well.........in other words, epic game!

There needs to be a multiplayer highscore table for amount of wins, people killed etc. so people will be encouraged not to quit mid-game and to see who is the best. The names of people also need to show up right above who their using. Like McHammers1 would be above Normans.

Still, the first battle is the hardest, and the last is the easiest (you outnumber the ennemy, have knights who kill about 150-250 footsoldiers which every charge, and can outflank easily, reaching the King has never been so easy and once he's down, it's basically over).

Archers are very powerful. It's easier to win with an all-archer army than an all-melee army.
That just makes this game greater. 5/5

i must admit it seems a bit foolish that my 300 man elite viking army should retreat after suffering 10 casualties from an archer unit he just killed.... not to mention that this won the battle for me and therefore running away did nothing whatsoever

watch out for morale it can save or kill you if you don't. tips: 1. any unit not dong anything TAUNT!! it lowers enemy morale and raises yours don't waste a unit. 2. if a unit is pink GET HIM OUT OF THERE. he may be about to run, instead fall back and use him to taunt the enemy. 3. watch your and the enemy kings, if you lose a king your morale will die and same with the enemy, i was losing one round but then i killed the king and half the enemy fled.

Excellent game, though the morale mechanic can be a little odd at times. First match I played the enemy had one (badly damaged) unit left, and I had six, with a force total of over 1500. At the beginning of the next turn all my units fled and the enemy won with around 60 soldiers left. Still, awesome game, five stars.
