This game was a lot of fun, definitely addicting. I want to see sequels to this game, or at least games like it. And a game with more of a campaign to it, maybe purchasing units, upgrades, etc.
I liked how well put together the narration and videos were, as well as the animation for the men and the mini games.
I haven't tried multiplayer or the skirmish game, so I can't comment on those.

This game is so awesome. I have some humble suggestions if a sequel will come out:
1. Add a siege weapon
2. Split cavalry into heavy and light
3. Add more infantry types armed with different weapons e.g. spears, swords and axes
4. Add a weapons triangle, spears have a bonus vs cavalry, swords and axes beat spears, axes have a bonus when charging and swords have a bonus when defending
5. Add more formations, such as a phalanx for spearmen
6. Units that are resting should slowly regenerate morale

Good game but i do think it is a bit messed up when all your men run away even when you have 1000 more people than them and they only have one group left... damn morale system ¬_¬

When everyone complains about morale, what nobody seems to remember is that the troops can't see the full scope of the battlefield like you can. All they know is how many of their friends they see horribly slaughtered.

Its not hard to imagine why your army of 500 who's seen all their friends get raped run away from the enemy army's 100 elite soldiers still fresh from combat...

great game, i mean great game! I enjoy how the programmer used real history for a game.

I think the key to the morale issue most are facing is toe keep fresh units. Weakened unit run away, fresh one dont. So if one fresh unit charges a formation of 3 extremely weakened units, although it appears to be 3:1 in favor of the defenders, it is actually more like 5:4 in favor of the attacker

Vikings seem overpowered in multiplayer. Doesn't matter what formation or unit combination of units is used, the vikings will always beat them.

Love this game, so fun and addictive 5/5 but I'm having trouble playing multiplayer, can someone please help me? I click random battle and then it goes to the choose your race screen, but the enemy army stays blank and then I get a connection error message.

Wow, an army of strong and proud viking warriors abandoned the battlefield because the enemy army called them nasty names.
Also it's brilliant how you ripped these sound effects straight out of Pirates, Vikings and Knights 2.

i live just up the road from the Battle Abbey, it is stupid because the battle took place in Battle, but it didn't exist then so it was called the Battle of Hastings!!!!!!!

Yes the french had numbers but they were in a worse position and they were hard runned in napoleans campain... They had numbers but were in a bad spot... And they didn't out number the British 5 to 1? Anyone want to pop up numbers.. But when your destroying the enemy and have a huge advantage your soldiers don't just run Mid-battle... The soldiers in this game are much to prone to taunts which they wouldn't even hear mid battle and wouldn't effect them becuase they were raping the enemy
Take this analogy you and 5 of your friends were beating on 3 people they wouldn't call your a little **** and you would be like OMG and run away... That is what happens in this game...

OK, so I gave this game about 20 tries, and despite following the click and drag instructions of the game, I have yet to get off a single volley shot of archery. Anyone care to enlighten me on how a simple instruction can fail so badly?

No one is bitching this game just dumps common sense out of the window... Name 1 time in history when an generals troops retreated in the middle of a fight when they were winning 5 to 1... I am not talking about just one unit but the WHOLE army it doesn't happen
