um first of all for the badges the developer doesn't have control so stop with the danm badge spam. second this game way to based on moral i mean i had 2000 more guys then him and he still one because he taunted the entire time in the back just wow stupidity

Harold did defeat the last viking invasion. Alfred did not even come close to defeating the last of the vikings. instead he turned the tide against their invasions and helped establish England as a unified nation rather than just a group of smaller separate kingdoms.
even after Alfred there were frequent viking invasions. as the game says, the last of the viking invasions of England was led by Harold Hardrada.
the game doesn't say this, but Harold Godwinson's brother Tostig was earl of York and northumbria and was deposed by a rebellion. King Edward the Confessor did nothing to support Tostig nor did Harold or tostig's other family. angered by this, Tostig went to Norway to gain viking support and incited Hardrada to invade England and Help Tostig gain his earldom back.
overall the game is pretty historically accurate in its telling and in the game play and units deployed. 5/5

i dont belive harold godwinson defeated the last vikings. It was alfred the king of the west sussex.
And make a game about crusades or the trojan war.

you should make another game were you have to make you're own army and armada to rise in power and number of people a bit like the online game 2025 to make your own destiny.

lol.... just choose the fast units and have lines of units charging and u win o.o or if ur a reall good shot have 2 rows of archers to kill em in 4-5 turns. taunts included

Only a set number of battles took place in 1066, the game is very historically accurate in its story and in the battles. you don't get siege equipment because none was used in 1066, you don't get more battles because these are all that took place in 1066.

Very innovative and very fun. I like the combination of mini games and bowmaster with turn based movement strategy. My only complaint is that it was too short. MORE MISSIONS PLEASE. Forget all the cutscenes and crank out some more scenarios and maps.

this game is so epic but it needs to be a bit longer and with a upgrade system and some siege weapons, maybe achiements?

Awesome game/idea.
But i just got a bug: when one unit from a shield wall was supposed to flee, the rest actually ran away in the wrong direction and the game got stuck.
