if a unit has a different unit flee thou it, then shouldn't the second unit suffer a major moral penalty? also, the game would be much more enjoyable if the battle was another tile (taking the total tiles to 6), allowing for 2 shield walls to be formed. also, a visual way to see the strength of a unit on the overlay. 3/5

i just tried 10 viking archers and nothing else, they suck. But you can still get the enemy down a lot, just slooooowly

Archers of every kind are preety useful if you know how to use them. A arrow shower and some taunts can make an army flee in about 5 turns.

rulz!5/5 4 all u guyz with archer stuff,they r nearly useles,except of normand archers.Btw the game is PERFECT,u shud make a sequel when u chose 1 side and play that sides history,mab a lil bit rpg add 4 the nations leader wud be the supreme flash game

perfict game.....but one down side is the changing of teams...i gess because its based on history you have to change teams.....maybe make a spartans game......you die in the end but itll be awumly cool!!!!

kay, quit crying about archers. They dont freaking have sniper rifles, they're friggin 1000 years ago, man, they haven't even figured out toilets yet. Jeez.

if theres another one PLEASE make it six squares wide its frustrating trying to advance in two shield walls/boar snputs and have to make some awkward formation other than that really good 5/5

very interesting game, i really liked the different uses of the keyboard for different actions. quite fresh, great art too.

Hmn, maybe a small chat field for the multiplayer mode, and more units?
Also, more customizable budgets, for bigger or smaller armies, and (i know this is a lot) maybe custom maps for the battles you make yourself?
And then, this would make it a different game, but you could mix in a kind of risk like aspect, where you could fight full campaigns against people/the comp, and earn salaries, ect. And then you could let people do user generated campaigns etc, with missions and goals, etc. :) Still, as i said earlier, i really loved the game.
