I wish there was a more comprehensive tutorial level. I got really confused with stalling at first- the game told me nothing about it

This was excellent, truly ten stars all the way but i must add that reoccuring theme that people are saying, PAUSE and ..checkpoints just because its incredibly annoying where you go through an entire level and wwant to relax just for a moment, and then a stray bullet takes you out or you just happen to go that inch to close to the ground and bang...restart

very realistic, since there are no checkpoints it really makes you not want to die, but the one thing i would like is an altimeter, so i can tell how close i am to the ground...

I seem to be having a problem. Every time I shoot down an enemy aircraft then my own plane starts going straight down, and the controls are very slow, so most of the time I just crash.

uh... think i found a glitch after you kill the fighter escorts in level 3 nothing happens. your team just innocnently patrols around until you have no choice but to blow yourself up....

i agree it needs checkpoints but channel 4 r just trying 2 make it realistic in battle of britain in REAL LIFE if u got shot down and killed + if u agree

Does the Mission with the Bomber Raid ever end? I kept patrolling the skies after i shot down the bombers and the escort... but the game tells me "Warning leaving Mission Area" on both sides?

Dang... even the first mission: They say: Watch what the hostile does... I wait but it goes away... allies dont do anything just fly at the edge of the mission area... But I cant go cause they say: You dont have the permission to break the formation.... Wtf? Then what to do? Wait till I become 3000 year old then do something? The enemy was 74000 distance away.... Not even a chance to catch it.

I didn't think it needed a checkpoint that bad, but i do agree that it needs a pause button.
I hate it how you can't save the guy who dies. I shot like 1000 rounds at the enemy tailing him but he didn't even get hurt.

Soooo boring to restart a whole mission because of being shot or crashing. Please add checpoints !

i actually prefer the controls in Altitude with up and down controlling the throttle, left and right the steering. being able to slow down more would make the game more playable. also; the view zoomed out more would make it easier to play. 'part from that good. 4/5

Good game, even has features that real games miss out, such as stalling. However, considerationg that you can buy good military aircraft games for lesss than £5 ( such as Combat Wings and Battlestations ) That shows how bad the games are that require you to pay for a few more features, which this one does not. 4/5

331,332,333 and 334 were norwegian. 331 and 332 were spitfires. 333 and 334 were mosquitos.
(My grandpa was later in the 331 when we had F-104 starfigters.)

It is true that the german was superior in almost any way, but the british outnumbered them.
But Americans has been taking much of the glory from the battle of britain.
They also stole much of the glory from the D-day. The only reason Americans are so known of the D-day is because they were the omly one who was having trouble.
Dont forget England and Canada.
