Under rating threshold (show) IMO Ranking up should have an additional benefit on top of the 0.01x multiplier. Personally I would like to see even levels being a 10% money increase and odd levels being a 2% speed increase. Ranking up, as it currently stands seems not worth the money involved. Just my opinion.

Under rating threshold (show) I think it would be good to have a locking feature. So I want to be able to rank up full pages, but ensure certain recruits are not altered. For example, my revenue takes a big hit if I rank up CHARLESing so I would like the option to prevent myself from ranking him up without removing the lock.
