The wanderer is so cheated with the offline bonus, it's not even funny.
Without idle bonus, when the wanderer gives science, you get a bonus worth 1000 seconds of research (16 minutes 40 seconds).
For exemple, with my science income of 1.5M/s, the wanderer gives me 1.5B science.
This morning, after a full night offline, and a huge idle bonus, I got a 500+ multiplier for 60 seconds, ans my science income was 850M science/s instead of 1.5M science/s.
I got the wanderer, it gave me 1000 seconds bonus of science: 850B science.
In facts, I got 1000 seconds bonus of the idle mode's income, that's more than 500k seconds of normal income (almost 1 week of science income).
This makes me think: what about logging out for a few weeks, then come back, get a 10k idle bonus, and 10M seconds of reserach from the wanderer (3-4 months)?
I guess it would be the fastest way to upgrade, but clearly anti-fun.

nevermind, disassembling ships provides half unless you disassemble immidately after building, if it were an accident only.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
a good way to get resources to another planet is to build a ship on one planet and disassemble it on the destination, because 100% is salvaged

It is annoying that the load option only provides basic resources. If I want to deliver a load of circuits for instance, I need to create an auto route, load them up, then cancel the auto route. Please add a way to load up advanced resources (also distribute cargo management on fleet split, so I can resupply my fleet without bringing in large reinforcements or sacrificing freighters)

Currently to clean up all the surplus at a planet, you have to drag a slider for each, hope no autoroute fleet arrive, and have to not take too much of any used resources
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Cheslava, Can you please make it easier to have a fleet pickup EVERYTHING at a planet? Clearing out surpluses is a real pain. I would love a button that had a fleet pick up everything at a planet and let autoroute get everything back to normal

@FuzzyGundam: To me it looks like the diplomacy system is still in the works; so once you do the quests for The City there's not much reason to refrain from conquering everything.
It makes the idle bonus run longer for a reduced production bonus (that sums up to the same total bonus of course). This should impact less on autoroutes

I'm not sure of my longterm goals right now: I've beaten the pirates, but everyone else seems to be nuetral and a potential trading partner. Aside from idling for research points and playing the trade market, what should my next step be? Or am I just missing a diplomacy system in some non-obvious window?

Sand smelter changed from requiring 10 sand to 1 sand rather suddenly. I'm very happy about that, but curious if it was something in research that i missed, or a Dev change and will that stay. I can seriously use more silicon per sec, but i don't want to build a bunch of smelters if this may go up again (leaving me with a lot of metal spent for a building lacking supplies)

Cheslava, your rounding for the autoqueues or building costs sometimes results in it sending 1 fewer nanotube than required.

One of the few Idle Games you won't get tired of!
Excellent!
I love the diversity of options according to planets' surfaces

great game. seriously... 1 wish - it would be great to auto-routes with a send x% + excess & a different pull y% for demand. I.E. send 110% of production (to catch any extra surplus) and still only receive 100% to meet demand (negative supply). I can do that now but balancing 25 autoship lanes with 20-30 products each takes a lot of time.

@Dev
There are a lot of suggestions down the line, but one of the reasons this game is so great is because it runs well on my 8 year old laptop. I don't have the money to buy a newer one, but your game works beautifully regardless. I guess what I'm asking is not to make the game too big for it's britches. Thanks.

would like the possibility to pause play or disable the bonus upon returning to the game. For me it's better to have a continuous experience and leaving the game for a day puts everything in disarray and I have more resources than I know what to do with.

Is there any kind of manual anywhere other than the tutorial? A lot of the preferences don't make sense to me. I don't know what they do and there's no hover-over tooltips to tell you what they are. Secondly, how does the idle bonus work? It seems to me that you only gain the bonus while the game is not open, but when the game is not open you do not gain resource. So I close the tab with the game to gain the bonus, but then once I open the tab back up I still have to stay idle so I can gain resources then. This doesn't seem right, but it's how it seems to work. This game is a little too complex to not have better instructions than the in-game tutorial.
There is a forum where you can ask questions, and there is this wiki http://heartofgalaxy.wikia.com/wiki/Heart_of_Galaxy_Wiki whose content is still incomplete or referring to the beta version (the wiki is not mine)
Also, for each hour offline you gain a production bonus the next time you come online. This production bonus will give you 50% of the resources that you would have collected if you would have been online

Please, I need the ability to turn off individual buildings. I cannot stand having to shut down an entire stack of buildings because I built one too many, its infuriating.

I love this game. I want to play this game to completion.
Randomly deleting my save every few times I play is too much. I tried saving it in a Drive document, but missing it even just once (which just happened to me) means losing a whole session.
Please work on fixing the save problem, and I will forgive all the other problems (like needing to hit TAB to find certain UI elements) and give it 6/5 anyway. Please please please.
It took losing my save 3 times before I gave up on this. This is everything I want it to be - a complex, multidimensional idle game with supply chains and combat and everything. I just can't handle losing my save data in an /idle/ game of all games.
Honestly, it never happened to me to lose my save in either chrome or firefox. The game relies on the browser local storage to save data. If you cancel cookies, clean cache or temporary files, it is very likely that you will inadvertently cancel the game data too. It may even be automatic without having you to know...

I wish you could hover your mouse pointer over the symbols, so you at least have an idea of what they do. Having to guess kinda sucks.

Hey ches. How far behind do you plan to make this version from the beta? Also is it possible to copy my old key to the new game? Glad to see the game is back into full swing!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
can you make everything able to be delivered i hate setting up auto routes and having to cancel them after one shipment for somehing like plastic
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
id like a way to upgrade and remove autoroutes, currently you arent allowed to merge a faster fleet with a current autoroute so no upgrading, and half of my old autoroutes i dont use now. i just mark them as ZzZ but its making the game a little laggy.

this game is too slow for my taste it was fine when i had a save that was decent way in on beta but when i looked at it it had been wiped by that stupid ssl crap. I had planned on transferring it. Geez is this what hapens when you don't log in for three months due to life? I guess that explains all my other saves on other games bein wiped too.

I am only about 4 colonized planets in and I'm loving it. I enjoy the fact that planets start specializing so that you have to use strategic resource allocation and cargo routes. What hit me the other day is this: Have you ever considered porting this to mobile platforms? I would LOVE to be able to have a synced galaxy via Kongregate, but even if it were standalone this game would be awesome mobile as well.

Some suggestions:
For the interface:
-Allow to merge routes from the autoroutes interface (actually if you want to merge, you need to cancel the routes 1st)
-Add an option: 'merge all', to merge all military fleets on a single planet together (when you have 20+ planets, and produces war ships on every planet, it's very boring to merge 20+ war fleets 1 by 1).
For the gameplay:
Make some changes that makes all ships usefull at some point.
As it is now, there is no point building ARK22: ARK55 is better, for the same cost.
Same for foxars: sky dragons are way better, and are cheaper (you usually have more than enough plastic, but lack of titanium).
Also, maybe change something about the heaven's door: I don't get the point to build shipyard 13 to unlock this ship: it's basically the same thing than the vitha colonial ship.
