kijm...theres a reason you can move >_> just move down lower and you can shoot any where on the screen.its so that you cant just stand in one spot and shoot anywhere.

go to aspenwood and if you explore it enough of times, you will eventually get a hunting rifle... thats a powerful gun but it has a LONG reload time
