Chainsaw is your friend for killing dogs. great game 5/5 skipped jamestown and went straight to union city.
Search the farmhouses, that's where you get lots of supplies and people.

Seems ridiculously hard compared to last time i played it. Died on night 2 as i get swamped with fast zombies and cant kill them fast enough to save my puny wall

Tip: I beat the game with the Bow and Chainsaw, I got them in the first city. Also, if you search every building in every town until Jonestown, you can skip it the first day.

I love this game - but I hate it - two things that really irk me, is when it seems now out of all the zombies on one level, 75% or more of them are runners!
As well, it seems like it is impossible to protect the survivors from the running zombies, they get up to the front, hack with the machete - and then you're down to and are toast with only you and 1-2 survivors.

SAVE and MUTE buttons required. But not to the extent that one defavs n devalues it :S
Kongregate shud pay these guys something so the Rocket Launcher n Minigun can be unlocked here as well. Those two are the most kickass weapons. Also for the next one, more open ended gameplay, instead of this level type thing. Let us choose where to go and who to fight and how to fight and what to fight with.

Words of advice. Take this w/ a pinch of salt til it proves itself. The best combo I would think is the main pistol and a chainsaw.

I beat 1 without losing one single survivor, with the barrett and 7 survivors total. I also beat this one with 17 days left, 5 survivors, and a cheap uzi. However, theres a glitch: if you click "travel", then "x", you can spend your time but also travel at the SAME TIME. Only works on some towns, though.
