I really enjoyed this game, and like alot of you I think it needs a headshot display. Oh and for a really fun game that's sort of like this one check out endless zombie rampage.

I really think that this game needs a few touches to hit a 5. I love the day/night aspects. But perhaps there should be more going on there - like arming your survivors - that would be a cool start. You choose their weapons and can spend some of your time teaching them different skills.

For those wondering about the glitches, it happens if you are firing a weapon while you die. If you know you're going to die, don't fire the weapon :)
The glitch happens because it thinks the gun is still firing, and it doesn't reset when you retry.

Awesome game, though a kill/headshot counter in the diary would add a lot.
Darkhavans: You can't die if you want to get the badge, the badge is for "700 headshots in one game without dying", so either way you wouldn't have gotten the badge. Besides, if you were that close, why didn't you just shoot _one_ more zombie in the head? O_o

The daylight hours tasks were a unique spin to this type of game. Graphics above par, sound good. Downers: crosshairs are off (low). Bullet travel is funky... frustrating shooting at someone's head, only to hit someone farther "up" the screen in the legs or torso. Definitely needs in-game zombie-kill and headshot counters, perhaps for that level on the HUD, and a running total in the diary. I gave it a 3, but it's solid, and with some work (and perhaps harder difficulties, with faster progression), it could easily be a 5.

Hint: stop moving when you shoot. On the weapn select area select the diary, provides information on the story. When all the weapon slots are full, keep searching, you will find the beret, an awesome sniper.

Glitches: I can't fire in certain days, and it auto-refreshed a few times and it doesn't save my game....very annoying.

Does begin to get tedious around 5 days in. The addition of a hidden weapon is nice, but firing is a little (excuse the pun) hit and miss, it's easy to do, but you do get the odd shot where you think, "what the hell happened there?!"

Aside from a couple of glitches I really loved this game, nothing blows off steam better than blasting zombies and this game does just that very well.

Just encountered a glitch. At 699/700 headshots, I was about to get killed so I could retry the level to get my last headshots, and when I entered the level again, i could not shoot, and was killed very quickly.. It didn't send me to the screen that asked me to retry. Instead, the zombies just kept eating me. I am really pissed off at this. I spent a few hours working on this.

I'm pretty damn pissed after playing this entire game only to get 679/700 required headshots... I was so sure I had way over 700 after the game was over. I guess the hits with the chainsaw to the head don't count as headshots...

Nice game, a bit too easy though. I also think that perhaps some more weapon variety might of been nice, as previously mentioned explosives or some such. Other then that nice first game.

this game is fun for a while... but it gets repetitive. zombies with special abilities would be cool and maybe some explosive weapons

Very nice graphics, especially the stills not on play screen. Gameplay gets repetitive though, and there isn't much strategy in selecting powerups. Chainsaw is the business!

Stupid targeting scheme--the bullets rarely hit anywhere near the mouse cursor. How are we supposed to get headshots when the guy can't hit a zombie right in front of his face even when the cursor is pointed straight at the zombie's head!?

The 'violence' in this game is for the most part fairly tame as opposed to other games I've played online. I like the system of hours which are used to do various things. I was unable to get the last two guns, the Ak and Carbine.
