THIS SUKS IM IN LVL 4 AT THE END BUT I HAVE TO BE LVL 6 TO FINISH. I'VE KILLED ALL THE ENIMIES BUT IM STILL ONLY LVL 5.

gay it sticks you because if your not in rage you can't jump high enough to move on and it doesn't give you enough guys to kill to move on

I got stuck on the fourth level when I somehow hopped a lvl 5 gate and then couldn't get back. Because there's no menu button I had to refresh the page.

There are two seemingly minor issues that quickly turned into annoyances for me.
1.)Attacking with a melee weapon is rather unresponsive. Press the attack button and the attack doesn't happen for a full second.
2.) This guy jumps like he's on the friggin' moon. It takes him forever and a day to land!
These two issues annoy me enough to lower this otherwise great game to a 4/5.

To everyone complaining about slow run speeds ... it runs perfectly on my 2 year old Mac Book. Y'all gotta get Apples.

Decent game-- but the controls are a little weak when trying to jump while moving down hill or fighting an enemy in the same way.

How do you complete a level? Twice I went to the end portal and got 'You Died'. That's pretty lame.
Also, it's very slow. Has the potential to be great but some real annoyances.

Good game but i cant come further cause i am in level 5 and i must be in level 6 to come furhter and there is nothing left to kill

to get past the level 6 xp gate in level 4 you have to pause the game and quit to the menu. You can either play arcade mode or replay the first 3 levels to grind for the xp you need to make level 6 (xp is added cumulative across all levels). I imagine this is also how you get to level 9 to get through that gate, though the weapon offered there is easily available on the next map.

Big fan of this game. Lots of the technical problems other reviewers mentioned didn't happen for me at all (lagging, trouble with pause)--some of that may have to do with their local system, not the game. I got to level 6 by going back to blue level and replaying from there, which was fun. Never felt lost or clueless. This game reminded me of Fancy Pants Adventures, but with a much more fun combat system. 5/5

Rage is a great game series and this one is the best. But its to easy in my opinion. Maybe an uberlevel should be implented of something.

@zerocreature - You need to learn a little more about how games work. Oblivion is using your video card's GPU to take care of graphics. Since this isn't a 3d game, it uses your CPU to handle all the maths and animation which can make it lag. Poor understanding.

great. I had cleared out world 3 when i find out I need to be lvl 6 to pass the damned game, and the pause button (p) does not work, so I could not save or do a shit, so I lost my save. I am sorry, but thats just so seriously lame that I give it a 1/5

Your character carries over when you change modes. Can get xp in arcade or replay an adventure level, then go back and finish the gates that you need a high level for.

The reason why there are lvl 9 gates is because you have to replay the game form the start. You'll still have the level you had when you beat the game last time. The lvl 9 gates guard the best sword and gun and theres a lvl 20 gate hidden somewhere that unlocks world 5

The level 6 gate is bull, I had to do the last level 3 times to get to level 6 (push p by the way).
1/5 for lameness.
