@ ownun00bs: I'm American as well, and I disagree 100% with everything you just said. The rest of the world DOES matter. Almost everything you own was made in either China, Japan, or some third world country. Americans did not invent the Internet. And just because you don't know where something is, doesn't mean you have to go hating on this game.
Britain made the internet and Britain pwns.

Damn, after playing this game a lot, I finally got the final badge. A lot of training and concentration needed, but it was great fun all the way. For fun, there should maybe be some other play 'modes', where you can choose between Europe, Africa etc.

Definitely waiting for part 2. hopefully it will have state lines and a sort of zoom function, i can't tell certain countries apart cause they're so small.

like this game! though the places are quite obscure... I'm from the Netherlands, and to be asking Amsterdam, the Hague AND Eindhoven is insane.. Yeah i know where they are, but no i don't have the accuracy to click them with my mouse.. 4/5

I'm an American and I find it hard to find American locations. It's not through lack of geography either. There are no state lines on the us map so when they call out for Las Vegas or somewhere like that I have to guess where about Nevada is. I think it would benefit everyone if the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Mexico had state, and region lines.

US players complain about the whole world where as my biggest problem is the various usa locations!
I am European! I would love 2 extra features! only europe or only usa!

cool game. try watching http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/world_maps/world_rel_803005AI_2003.jpg it helps to remember where are those weird places

Oh and " if its so american to not know other coutnries, why do we have people coming to our country that refuse to learn english and want us to learn their language."
Sorry, but the two don't correlate in the least.
So while your POINT is valid, your argument is not.

Not a bad game-- fun and VERY challenging. But really, most of these places are very obscure. But maybe that's just saying more about the average person's world view than anything. 4/5

So hard! I like it, but it's so hard!!! The best I did was level 8 with something like 12000. Some of the cities are a little too obscure.

Ya i don't find that ugly american comment on the badges right It should be changed i might be able to talk to Ducklette.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i dont like the "ugly american" comment. if its so american to not know other coutnries, why do we have people coming to our country that refuse to learn english and want us to learn their language.

This game is geographical crack. I've been getting ridiculously close to finishing 10 over and over again but I just can't crack it. I get hit with some obscure city in Chile or Argentina and I'm done for. I love it because they are easy points, but honestly, how many cities that are 'famous' exist in Reunion? There are only 800,000 people on the island...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'd have to agree with others that some of these locations aren't famous at all, but ultimately the game itself is fantastic. It really can enhance your knowledge of geography. 5 out of 5.

Beautiful game.
It really test a persons knowledge of geography. Copied from FB?
Anyway wonderful. Haven't made it past level 7 yet, so many geat hours of great gaming ahead...
5/5 !!!

The only city I've seen a problem with is China's Nanning (located in south of China). The 'correct' flag goes to Nanjing (over by Shanghai). Stopped me from getting the badge on level 10 first time I got there... still a great idea for a game!!!

I think I hate russia now, because I can guess with any other country, but russia is so large the city could be anywhere. Good game though
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Why can't we all just get along?! Whiney bastards. Just comment on the game.
I gotta say I'm COMPLETELY useless at geography, but it's an alright game to play I guess... 3/5

prolonged battle that ends in a cease fire isn't a war... anyways, abandoned wars don't count as won. Cuba, Lebanon, (drug war), Korea, Vietnam are a few "wars" that come to mind.
