Gosh, you have no idea how fun it is to reach round 9 and then get asked to identify 20 or so American states... when you don't live in America.

As an American, I find this game ridiculously difficult... any place outside of America or Western Europe is a complete guess. Trying to get past level 7.

i accually like this game because i know where all the countries are, because i had to memorize it for school and because i memorized 'yakko's world, animaniacs' on my free time, since i have so much

Quinn's Review: I love geo-quizzes, and Globetrotter XL is a great geo-quiz. I love that strikes can save you from a bad round, and I like that how close you get matters - it means you won't lose because an unheard-of place shows up, so long as you ahve a good general idea of where things are, making for longer, more rewarding gameplay. I like that at higher levels the locations shift away from national capitals, and that national borders vanish from the map. There is some repetition, but that's okay - it's not enough to change the outcome of the game, and it helps you learn, which is a noble pursuit. My only gripe is the badge titles: I get them, but could we maybe have one geography game that isn't all about Americans? Very enjoyable game.

Bakersfield!?! I've been trying to forget that place for decades. Anyone outside of the US who actually knew where Bakersfield is has family that live in a shthole

Congratulations! You just won the Attractive American Badge and 30 points!
Took quite a while...should've paid more attention in geography! =/

I appreciate the Americans-are-stupid jokes because they're true many times, but lets be realistic about this. Anyone who could win the 3rd badge without playing a handful of times is probably a nerd.

Unless you know every major city in every country without country border, it is almost impossible even with a map like on google. There's just no time switching windows past lvl 9
