Just a general tip, if you keep upgrading your idle click speed and always leave the game open on a one-hit kill (when idling) rock, you can farm gems, get a better pickaxe, go to the next one-shot rock, and continue this, getting an almost-linear progression rate from rock to rock while not needing to spend too much time.

While having the strongest thing I had mined being Paper, when I got a gem mining *insert first thing here* and gave the blacksmith it, he crafted an "Incredible COSMIC PICK +8" with a power of 592 and a quality of 1256.9%.
Wow. Just wow.

True. If you have maxed Blacksmith Expertise, and make a GODLY PICK, there's only a 1/102626 chance for it to have +71 or better. Getting a GODLY PICK is a 1/754 chance (from 454 gems/pick). So getting a GODLY PICK +(71 or more) is about 70 times as rare as a 64 TIMES GODLY PICK.

interesting, although from mine experience there is a really low chance to have more than 10+ bonus, so getting 71+ or more is also at almost impossible chance like getting 64 TIMES GODLY PICK, right?

Hmmm, I've overlooked something: you could theoretically get an unlimited amount of + bonusses, so there is no upper limit for the pick quality. The pickaxe type must be worse than X TIMES GODLY PICK because they can't get + bonusses. You'd need a pick with at least +71 to have a chance of it being better than the best 64 TIMES GODLY PICK.

If anyone gets the 64 TIMES GODLY PICK, i'd be amazed already. There is a 1/1110827 chance to get one if you're using the 454 gems/pick. There is a 8/130 chance for the pickaxe to be Mythical, assuming you've maxed Blacksmith Skill. There's about a 1/1000000 chance that it's the best Mythical. Multiply these chances to get an estimate of the chance of getting a 9648.54% quality pick. Roughly 1 chance in 10^13? Note: X TIMES GODLY PICKs can't get + bonusses.

I've managed to look into the game files, and calculated the best pickaxe possible: Mythical 64 TIMES GODLY PICK; Qual: 9648.54%.
While it is possible to get it, the chance is so low that nobody will actually get this pickaxe.

I see you've also nearly doubled your Active Power, nice.
As for me, I've only got a Blacksmith Efficiency upgrade (36% chance now) and about 120000 gems gained since last post.

Ok i did a bit of math here when you start you have 2% chance of getting diamond and poo gives 2 money so every 50 dollars you gain you have 50% chance of getting a diamond and when you get 100 dollars you have 100% of getting a diamond so that means every 25 times you destroy a ore you have 50% chance and every 50 times you destroy a ore you have 100% chance to get a diamond

yeah i already noticed ways for max gem and max g/s, good luck on your playthrough, for me nothing actually new happened (except 1 BS upgrade).

It's 10 days with closed browser (closed on the max g/s hellstone) with my 2533% quality pick. Idle power is 62% atm so it would take like 6 days with browser open. But if i have the browser opened, i let it auto-mine on the highest hellstone that's 1-hit-able for max gems income, which reduces the gold income. That method gives about 1 blacksmith upgrade each 20 days, but also 5642 gems/hour.

sorry for late response, 10 days? woah that's a lot, when i'm playing with opened browser i can buy 2-3 daily (with 44% of idle power), i don't go for a new pick soon, i will try when 1000% qual will be a new best (now i have 16.26b on a BS's basis), it will take me a bit of time, now doing Lv.65 HS for max g/s, oh and i usually craft with 3 gems per pick, i got used to it haha.

Less than 2000 gems for that quality pick? That's really good luck! It's possible to run out of gems fast, even if you have 2 million of them. I used around 223000 gems in 1 minute (with 454 gems/pickaxe) to get a 2533,47% one :) http://i.imgur.com/g8sTeRj.png. Getting very good pickaxes is about the only way to progress at this stage, getting 1 blacksmith upgrade takes about 10 days.

benny58624 cool stats! with 2mln gems you won't really run out of them soon! i got a new pick http://prntscr.com/b1ozpd , somehow i managed to use less than 2000 gems to make it (using 3 gems for 1 pick, my favourite way to craft them), most gold/s HS- Lv64 and the last i got to - Lv.73

The high active power and amount of gems are from letting my pc on for some nights, on the highest hellstone lv. that my auto-click could 1-hit (=hellstone lv. 115 atm).
