Well even if Idle Mine was the only active tab, once I started another program (Anki or some PDF file in my case) that hid the money counter, it stopped. So I'm probably doing something wrong there.

Apparently, the money counter needs to be visible so the game keeps mining. At least this is the case in Firefox. Also, the comments are really fun to read.

Anyone else have a blacksmith that is constantly having a flash of inspiration and making a below average pick?

For some reason, I don't get the money from the upgrade where even if your not playing you get money, atm its at 22% and its worked a few times, but nowadays it just doesn't do anything, and has wasted A LOT of my money that i used to upgrade it.
