I'd like to reciprocate what Foraker said. Yes, going back to Poo is an amazing way to farm gems - everythings a one shot and every ore has the same chance at gems.
But on that same logic, go for the most recent ore you can one shot with auto clicks. And this is not based on how much damage/second you do with autoclicks, it should be how much an autoclick hits for, so EVERY 'tick' is a new ore harvest. This way you get money, AND gem farming.

I maxed auto click speed and either mine whatever gives you the most Auto g/s for money or is a one hit kill by the auto. One gives maximum money the other gives maximum gems.

Day 12: My contacts are stuck to my eyeballs and my mouse has begun crumbling on the left side. I think the clicking sound has consumed nearly every thread of my being as I have now begun thinking it's talking to me. No therapy can save me now..

How about throwing additional stuff in there we can buy?
Like backgrounds of the different mines from Poo all the way through Hellstone.... maybe even visuals of the axes with extra points of light/sparkles for every +.
Anything to customize would be good, really.... and completely optional so the Game itself does not change.

Some simple math to figure out which ore you should be working on to get the most money: First divide the health of the ore by your total damager per click (if the result is less than one, round up to one), then divide the money you get by that. The number you get will be how much money each click is worth by mining that ore.
