why doesn't my chance of finding a gem improve even though I'm mining diamond, I mean, there isn't really something worthier of calling it "gem"...

so weirdest thing for the past week my original save was deleted and I was working on a new save file and all of a sudden it just came back now

Sometimes, since I press the mouse fast enough to sometimes move it, I've accidentally moved back to another ore and have to mine it over again.
Please add the option of turning on a "are you sure" message, if you've gotten an ore to a certain percent of health.

What would it be like if this game would actually make a ticking noise, everytime the pickaxe hit an ore? The horror!

@Kyoudai Shojin the "Quality" is determined by your luck in getting that pick based on your current blacksmith level. So that same 845.23% would be a lower value if you had bought upgrades beforehand.

izyizy, the auto click damage is DPS, not per click. so it's doing 4 damage per second (For example), not 4 damage per click.

If you press Alt + Shift + Num Lock, you can turn on ease keys. This way, when you press the plus button on your numpad, you can have it count as clicking twice, to speed things up and not destroy your mouse :) Upvote so other can see.

In reply to Izyizy - your Auto click damage is represented over 1 second. So, if you click, at max say 13 times per second, you dont do that damage with EVERY auto click. The damage is calculated persecond, not per auto click, so in order to quickly mine gems, you need to find a rock thats lower than each click damage, rather than per second damage.

Is this a glitch? For some reason, even though the hp of a stone is lower than the auto-click damage, it still doesn't break in one hit. Is this a faulty display in the text of the damage dealt, or a glitch in the damage function?

You could just go back to the highest material you could mine in one hit, you'll get as many gems as with poo and make more money when you do it.

@vanderir The hard cap it to keep the game from crashing. If you had read Diabwolf's comment (which happens to be in best comments with the dev's response) you'd know that.

I don't get why people would sit here just to click and not click and sit here and do nothing. Most boring game I've ever played and barely lasted 5 mins. Clearly not my cup of tea.

This game is 4/5 for for it to be 5/5 it needs: Better graphics, a background, Cool music, more upgrades.
Things that would make it cool, but not needed: A stats page to see how many of each material you have mined, Be able to craft pickaxes out of the stuff you mine.

it took me about 15 min of constant clicking on poo and salt when i first time played it.

if you clear your cookies and cache you will probably lose your progress. be aware. also im still addicted after 2 weeks. next a game where you are the blacksmith?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
and also the auto dagame speed so for more auto gain per seconds showed u need : better auto-click power and auto-click speed
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
for u that say: ey it says $1/s and im getting $2/s ._. .the auto gain is calculated in the auto damage u do, it cant know if u do 10 clicks per sec or 1 click per minute.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
u probably cant stop playing cuz u always want to get a better think, better thing, better thing...until u reach hellstone lv 40 and say: CRAP MY F*CKING SAVES

@doltf4l Some other commenters mentioned clearing your browser's cookies will reset the game. Maybe that's what happened?
